The company's response only reinforces the lack of transparency I have reported. Trustpilot has already reviewed my report and confirmed that it does not contain defamatory content, but rather a factual account from a harmed user.
Regarding JumpTask's claims:
Security: It is irrelevant that the platform claims to have 'standard protocols' if the third-party task links you host direct users to malicious files. I have logs proving the origin of the infection. Holding the user solely responsible for threats coming from your own partners is negligence.
Lack of Evidence: You claim 'fraudulent activities' exactly after I completed high-value tasks, yet you refuse to provide any technical evidence, hiding behind 'internal logic.' This makes any legitimate defense impossible.
Intimidation: Attempting to coerce a user into removing an honest review via email, claiming 'incorrect facts,' does not erase the records and screenshots I hold of the emails sent by your support team (Jacob/William).
My account was suspended without plausible justification, and my security was compromised through your website. I am keeping this review public so other users are aware of the security risks and the company's stance when facing critical issues.

My Jumptask account was restricted…
My Jumptask account was restricted without any prior explanation, warning, or clear justification. I have consistently followed the platform's rules and received no notification indicating a violation of their terms.
The most problematic aspect is the complete lack of transparency and communication. Support provides no clear answers, leaving users in total uncertainty. When a platform manages its users' time and sometimes even their income, this type of practice is unacceptable.
An account restriction without explanation severely damages the credibility and professionalism of the service. I expected a reliable platform; instead, I'm faced with opaque management and ineffective support.
I do not recommend Jumptask until these issues of communication, transparency, and respect for users are resolved.

I’ve been using Honeygain and JumpTask…
I’ve been using Honeygain and JumpTask for about two years without any issues, everything worked perfectly until recently when I earned a large amount of rewards through the Honeygain “Jar” feature.
As soon as I tried to withdraw those rewards on JumpTask, my account suddenly got banned for a so‑called “violation” that never actually happened. I’ve always used the same computer, the same single account, and followed all the terms. I’m 100% a legitimate user.
I contacted support, but they never replied or provided clear evidence of any real violation. From my point of view, it looks like they just decided to block my account when I won big rewards, which is very disappointing.
Sadly, this kind of behaviour is common in crypto when Bitcoin prices drop and companies start finding excuses not to pay users what they’ve earned.
I’ve always supported these platforms, but now I feel completely betrayed. I truly hope others will be careful before investing their time and trust here.
