Super quick and good communication apart from trouble finding parking - but on time and efficient

Not the first time I have used this team and I can honestly say they are fantastic. From the moment I Whats App with my request, the quote, the time slot and the telephone call to say they can come early, the guys who collected the stuff from our car park that was left behind by our builders, they were all professional, friendly, polite and efficient. I would totally recommend 👌

Very friendly, took most of the rubbish. A little difficult to access the amount and be quoted correctly. Was quoted 170-200 and ultimately charged 200. Refused to take some bricks and metal poles. Might have been better to get a skip. However, the lads that attended were lovely and were doing what they were told by their office.

Extremely poor service. Turned up and attempted to renegotiate the price (uplift of 50%) despite clear photographs and descriptions of waste being sent. Argumentative on the phone when challenged and no apology received.

Crew arrived in just a few hours after booking and were polite, smart and knew exactly what they were doing. Made no mess and took things away in no time. 2 sofas, bedroom furniture and other stuff. Really excellent.

I hired JunkBunk to clear a 3-bed house in Ladywell. I was quoted £1000 for one Luton van based on photos and agreed the job would be done within that. On the day, they suddenly demanded £1700 — almost double the price.

Despite having no choice but to continue (I urgently needed the house cleared), they then harassed me with messages demanding payment while I was driving to collect the key. They even threatened to unload the van unless I paid within 20 minutes.

Communication was misleading, pricing was dishonest, and the pressure tactics were appalling.

The team were friendly and they did do a good job at least, but the head office were awful.

I trusted them and felt completely taken advantage of. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be cornered and overcharged mid-job.

Unfortunately had to reschedule 4 hours later but understand their job is unpredictable with time. Helpful and friendly, cleared a high volume of big and small goods in a reasonable time. Prices compare well with others.

Be careful they don’t keep to their quotes. I was quoted 250£. They arrived at said they would only remove the cardboard boxes if I paid £650 otherwise they would leave again. I had not added boxes or waste to the photos I sent.

Truly exceptional service from start to finish. Needed to remove a large sofa bed from a narrowboat so no easy task. Fast response to initial enquiry, excellent communication throughout and the people-mountains that took the item away were a delight and nothing was any trouble for them. Would highly recommend and I frequently do!

2nd time using this company, always excellent service. Professional, efficient, careful at taking everything out around other furniture and competitive pricing! Will definitely always use and recommend them.
