They gave fair price. Process was easy never had to leave house. Only complaint is the people who picked up car couldn't seem to get organized with what time they were coming. Also told them like 3 times I didn't have cash app. When they came to house they asked me if I took cash app. But overall a painless operation. I would not make plans for the day you schedule a pickup that's all.

This was my first time and the process was very easy and smooth. Once I got the online offer, I called answered a few more questions and set up date and time for pick-up. Tow driver called when enroute to pick up vehicle, inspected vehicle, exchanged title and got check! Just that like that.

Quick and easy! I filled everything out online, got a few texts to update me on the process, and answered a couple questions on the phone. They picked it up the next day. The time for the towing service was available a little earlier than expected, and the driver was quick and professional. Great experience and they pretty much did all the work!

I have never heard of such thing and it was questionable so I gave it a shot. It was such a smooth process and very satisfied with the offer and soon pick up the vehicle. I highly recommend Junk Car Medic and will go with them again in the future whenever necessary. The guy who picked up the vehicle was awesome! Look no further, go with Junk Car Medic!

I got three quotes (different places) and they were all identical (I think they all use Peddle). However, if you are comparing quotes, and they expire, when you go back again you should expect the new quote to be lower. Had this happen twice, lower by the exact same amount.

They send a towing company to get your car. The tow operator does not know anything except to pick up the car !!. The tow operator will not sign anything, so if your title has a place for the buyer to sign, the best you can do is to write-in the name of the company that is on the check.

If you notify the state online, then the company name and address is what they want. The finicky MN state site won't let you add any other information, like that it was junked. It will refuse to accept the report until you get the address into something that they can find in their database.

As advertised. Offer made and I accepted. Within a few hours an appointment was set and 2 days later the cars was picked up and a check handed to my wife. Could not have been easier.

Said I was getting $555 but only gave $300 after I signed everything over. Definitely do not recommend

I had problems trying to convince pedal that my catalytic converters were still on the vehicle and after sending them pictures I sought a different place. Finding junk car medics with a higher price was very promising however I was only related back to peddle.com after dealing with pedal customer service and getting a different driver I still haven't gotten my car picked up and junk car medics never personally was coming to get my car I guess and the surrogate has refused to pick up my car also so I'm not very happy but that's as far as I'll go with my review.

The pickup individual was friendly and understanding.

We had a quote for how much would be paid. Once the tow truck arrived, the "quoted" price was reduced by $90. Not a good business practice and not what was expected.
