It was good.
The process was good. Everything was going great until we ran into a bit of a problem with picking up the vehicle at a specific location and on a specific date. Customer service wasn't very pleasant; however, the truck driver was very nice and made the transaction stress-free.

Kayla, I am sorry that you have experienced this issue and I can only imagine how frustrating that must be. When sending out a Sold Confirmation (receipt) for your transaction with Peddle, we include Final Steps that recommend notifying the DMV that you have sold the vehicle. Generally, this is sufficient in releasing your liability for any fees that may have occurred after the sale even if there are delays on the carrier's end.
I've escalated this to the account manager who oversees our relationship with that carrier to investigate whether there was a delay on their end and ensure that this does not happen in the future. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Quick and convenient
I got the call from the repair/towing shop, we set up a time for them to come pick it up, and that was it. Way easier than trying to tow it somewhere and then try to resell it. Really easy, and got paid fairly.

David, we provide offers based on what the carriers that are in your area can pay based on their business needs (resale, scrap, junk, parts, etc.) and the current market value based on the year, make, model and conditions that you enter during the offer process. We always provide our sellers with the highest of the offers that are available in their area up front and have chosen not to display the lower offers as options. I would be more than happy to pass your feedback up the chain through my leadership team, but please know that we are always working to add new buyers to help increase offers in all areas. I hope that you will still consider checking Peddle out the next time you need a vehicle removed. We we also offer a free listing service that allows you to post your vehicle on our site for the price you want and we do all the legwork to find a buyer for you. Similar to you selling through Craigslist or other listing services but with us you'll only deal with reputable buyers that are contracted with us.

I have used Junk My Car (Peddle) 3 times now. It is very easy to go through and get a quote. They come to me when they say they will and even call when they are close. Each time the company that came to pick up the vehicle was a local and trusted company. I received a check in my name with the exact amount that was quoted online and the process of doing the pick up was very quick and simple.
