Jupiter dex made my crypto life super easier and great

I’ve used Jupiter for years and always found it excellent. Their UI/UX is brilliant. Recently, I ran into an issue where a bot I had previously tested executed a swap without my knowledge. I opened a support ticket with Jupiter, and their team investigated thoroughly and helped me identify exactly what happened. Their transparency and professionalism really stood out. Jupiter remains one of the best and most reliable DeFi platforms out there.

Got my Phantom Wallet drained after using this site. either a scam or poorly secured website.

First thing to do is to research, i made my mistakes too and it cost me, my house, which i could get much back using chamuel digitals.

Scam, beware.

They claim a lot and act totally different. Just like all scammers do.
i.e. they will charge up to 50% fees. "player pumps player" is only "staff pumps staff and insiders".

Stay away.

Placed an order using leverage and cancelled it - Showed up as cancelled on the interface. Refreshed and assumed it had gone through OK.

30 mins later I check my wallet and the transaction (3 failed transactions) were not cancelled and money is now gone.

I do not recommend using Jup.ag and warn people to double check transactions as the interface clearly lags behind and was wrong - If using a product, you should have confidence that data reflected back to you is correct and not have to check on chain like a forensic accountant.

I've been with Jupiter since it's inception. I feel robbed. I will no longer use or support the platform or it's product.

I've double checked and staking has been successful so I can move on from this experience.

Cool interface. I love the look. The desktop website is intuitive but the mobile app. Is complete garbage. The Trading View chart is so hard to work with on the app. And way too small to be able to read the charts effectively.

I can't give the Jupiter Dex any more than 3 stars because it is sooo slow and the trading charts suck compared to other dexs. Latency and orders not being completed is something you just have to get used to with the Jupiter dex. Lots of missed trades and lost calls. I often have to refresh the page and try different protocols just to be able to make a trade. Always seems to happen when the price is moving and volatility high.

I bought $100 of SOL, then I went to SWAP for a Token.
It literally ate away most of the $100 without giving me the TOKEN.
I only realized this was happening when I saw I got no TOKEN and have $15 of SOL left.
HUGE SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN

I tried to get help from support(email) and all they do is redirect you to Discord and it keeps coming up that the links in the support email are invalid.

So I have found no way to speak with someone for help

You will be charged multiple times for the fees and for nothing. without executing the order. The app validated a faulty transaction 3 times on a row eating each time the fees on their custom jupsol validator, while I clicked for a single transaction, none even did not go through. very catchy! and pure scam!!! (melania is listed on bitunix)

Their swaps are of best rates on solana ecosystem according to my personal experience.

But it is advisable to trade with top 50 prominent tokens only.
Most tokens on solana ecosystem are just pump and dump, even some top ones also.
If you are unsure about all this, better stay with BTC, ETH or SOLANA only.

too much expensive fees on perpetuals expecially if you use leverage, there are not possibility to gain on long time opened positions.

A platform that allows scam coins. Do not use this platform guys. there's a lot of exchange out there that is safer for customers. This company doesn't have an effective risk management and just juicing and tricking people who are trying to use crypto.

More than two times limit order failed and I lost more than 15 solanas. Reported to team but they didn’t fix this problem! Done ever use this for memecoin trading! Worst ever exchnage for crypto!!!!

Tried to convert.Don't work -Slippage reached. After 6 attempts i realized that they charge me every time.

Scammers. Be aware. I tried the perpetual. 5%-10% Fees. Then i took a look at the normal trading activity. They cheat with Fees. Use Orca or other sides.
