Received my Jupiter bike thru Costco…

Received my Jupiter bike thru Costco next.
It’s been over 2 months and absolutely love the bike . The prices can’t be beat and love riding my bike around town . Like most , tried to contact them but my persistence finally paid, off . Thank God & SalaamNamaste 🙏🏻

Impossible to reach

Impossible to reach them, if you make a mistake you’re doomed and they miraculously reply when the wrong order has been shipped. No customer service 👎

Likely scam

I sent 5 emails regarding an order cancellation and have yet to receive a reply.

Additionally, its been nearly 3 weeks since I placed the order and have not received the product. No tracking number has been provided.

Please stay away.

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. There is no phone number to call, so I emailed as recommended, and I still haven’t received a response even though it has been two weeks since I submitted my inquiry!
