unreliable

unreliable. Goods not arrived eventually; complaint and Request for Refund --> no response

Shipment started by 28/9/2025: DPD UK tracking number: 15503700655922 but nothing shown up. After request for a dispatch again for a week, only one automatic email telling to wait for another email of refund confirmation. No one tells what happened to the delivery: out of stock, wrong mailing, delivery problem? So how can I expect buying online from Jurlique's official uk website ?
