this company have taken e1500 from my account even though I have never used them.

The restaurant never delievered the food. Contacted justeat but they were useless. No refund.

I placed an order with Jus Eat, they took my money then the order was cancelled. I got an email saying the money would be refunded but I have never received it! Customer service agents are unhelpful, they keep telling me there is nothing they can do because the have refunded the money. I have told them that the bank has told me that no money has been received. I have now changed bank and closed my old account, so have no chance of getting my money back. DON’T USE Just Eat

The restaurant reviews are mostly false, written by the same restaurants. If you order, first check the Google reviews and you'll see the difference.

All my 214 reviews in their website are gone, i been compliant with their terms of service but no matter what i do it just automatically removes my reviews, rude people on the phone, on chat they told me to email, on email told me to call, on call told me to email and so on
Im going to see if i can pay directly the restaurant from where i usually order because this is just a plain joke at this point from them to me.

Update 1 26 November 2020: Just eat responded to my paypal disputes, justeat break the privacy and called me with a hidden number because those disputes and started insulting me on the phone and tell me very not nice things. Breaching the privacy and not letting paypal to deal with the disputes is a no no, i called paypal and told them what happen, an online complaint to the police is happening as we speak.

Stay away from this company, support the restaurants directly if you can.

TLDR: 214 reviews gone, support is rude and says im fake.

The customer service is the worst. They took my payment but it didn't go to the restaurant (that didn't prepare my order). However their app kept updating the delivery time by adding 5-10 minutes every 5-10 minutes. I called the restaurant and they told me they never prepared my order. Then I called customer service, it took the guy 10 minutes to "ask a colleague" and to tell me that my food was coming (after checking the delivery time on their app). I told him my food was not coming and to call the restaurant (he was doubting me). After calling the restaurant and more time passing he asks me "if it is okay to cancel the order" to which I ask "Do I have other options?" and he said no. I could have made a second order and have had it delivered in the time it took them to realise they messed up my order. Honestly, what a joke.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH "Just Eat Espagne". We have never ordered through them. However, yesterday they repeatedly made fraudulent charges against my husband's credit card. Of course, we have done the necessary with the bank. Further, we contacted the Just Eat Customer Service. The representative was disinterested in the fraudulent activity and completely unhelpful. He told my husband they could do nothing and to report the incident to the police.

Ordered food. As it was delivered in door (due to lockdown), once opened the bag it was a wrong order. I called the Restaurant and told me to deliver the correct order. I waited for over half hour, still not received and called back the restaurant. The restaurant told me they were not going to deliver anything plus insulted me and asked me to stop calling.

I conctated Just Eat, asking for a refund. But the Customer Service very bad, did not help me at all, plus of course no refund.

Bad experience. Better Uber Eats and Glovo. ( I had an issue and proceed with refunds in 24h even sending discounts..)

You won't see your food nor money! Just Eat will charge you and then will contact restaurant. If restaurant won't accept or cancel (after 30 min of waiting) they will keep your money for at least a day and then process through banks. So you won't see your food nor money for a week. While they will lie to you saying refund will be in your account in 24h. If you want to eat and care of your money do NOT use them!

Horrible, desinformación total, 2 horas de retraso... es la 5 veces, no habrá una sexta..

Hi everyone, Karen here, just a quick review to tell everyone about my expirience with my Just Eat order (more like Just Eat ordeal!)
Kristene had been in hospital too after a previous dodgy Just Eat order from Norway!
My best friend Kristene and I decided to go to Spain as a little get-away. On the first night we were tired so neither of us wanted to cook. We got on the Internet and ordered a just eat, unknowing that this would be the last just eat we would ever order!
When the delivery arrived the rather large delivery man claimed he could not bring the food to the door, he said he had broken his leg. Now he was in his early twenties and me being of the almost middle aged replied with "In my day, we didn't have broken legs". Now I must say this didn't work so I got in the car and got my order. This driver must have been blind too because he took off with me in the back of the car! I soon alerted him that I will be reporting him. I got out unharmed and with my food. Overall not a great experience food was nice though! #try,tryagain #Spain #hospitalisedbestie

just don´t order from justeat.es. worst service. ordered twice, first time, they forgot an order (stuff happens) , second time arrived 1 1/2 hour late. after a complaint, they sent us a 3 euros cupon . LOL. just don't use their service

Finding out I was very sick, my mom and I thought to order some food. It arrived cold, burned and one of the dishes was Chicken Biryani. It was just a box of rice, without chicken (!!). So, all the food was cold, burned and also very delayed. Contacted Just Eat, they told me they would offer me 10% discount on next order (WITH THE SAME RESTAURANT!!). I never want to order with this restaurant again! Be smart, use another food ordering service, they offer much better service!! Lived in many places in the world and ordered many times before with Just Eat, but Just Eat Spain their service is absolute crap.

Imagine, buying something in a store, finding out it's absolute crap and then get offered 10% discount to buy it again. Crazy.

Out of four orders, three were delivered. One delivery person complained about the location being too far.

The last order got cancelled after over an hour. Got an email after 45 minutes saying they couldn't contact me. Was then told the restaurant couldn't deliver to the address.

Didn't get a reason why I was being offered restaurants that did not deliver or were not prepared to deliver to the area after entering the correct post code.

I just like it very much. I have never had a problem with them. It's really easy to use and it has all options you need.

Best app for ordering food. All kinds of restaurants availaible, just one click from your sofa!
