Had 5 pairs of glasses for reading and found them to reasonably good , over a period of 12 months. Metal frame ones are better quality i feel and more durable. Delivered quickly.

Ordered well before xmas 2 reading 1 driving glasses 2 reading arrived 24th NOT VERY GOOD QUALITY no driving 5 e.mails and numerous calls eventually answered and apologised and sent out a set of driving glasses nothing like what was ordered and can be bought off E.bay for under a fiver totally disgusted I never give bad reviews but this has pissed me off (A GENUINE CUSTOMER)

They sent reading glasses with wrong magnification. I had no response from either a phone call (Answerphone) or my email. A really dreadful company , I would advise no one to do business with them. Perhaps they are OK when a correct order is delivered but when things go wrong , avoid at all costs

Had to contact them regarding only one pair of the two I ordered, and found the employee, polite and explained the holdup. This is the second time I’ve used them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I was sent the wrong glasses. Emails went unanswered until my 3rd attempt. I was told to send them back. I did not wish to pay to return them as the mistake was not mine. I emailed them a further 2 times asking for free postage. I never heard from them again. I do not recommend this company!

I bought two pairs on a good deal for a family member being over charged by other online retailers. We decided on the Bordeaux and Yates which look really nice. Great service I would highly recommend. The order also came a day faster than expected.

Very easy to order, and a great selection of reading glasses for men. I inputted my lens diopter, which is 2.50. My new glasses arrived quickly, after two days. They are of very sturdy quality and fit me perfectly. Exactly what I was looking for will be ordering again in the future.

ThIs company should be called ' Just no glasses'. Avoid. It has no customer service. I have sent emails , made phone calls and left messages. Nobody has come back to me. I have put the address on their website on google map and there is an ocean optical at 641, there is abuildiong with closed shutters next to that and a perfectme aesthetic clinic next to that. No building displaying Just Glasses or Just no Glasses.

A joke of a company. No email receipt of purchase, no order number. Items 4 weeks later still not arrived. Stay far away from these scammers!

They delivered the wrong product ie not what I ordered.
I emailed them but was ignored. They have a phone number but you are forced to leave message (they don't callback).
Customer service is horrendous. They take your money and don't care. I want to return the wrong product for a refund but they don't answer my messages hence why I have been forced to raise a formal dispute. Ps I have since found the product I ordered half the price elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

where ok for a couple of orders, then sent totally different glasses to what was pictured on their website, so don't expect to receive what you order !

I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses on 11th August. I didn't get any sort of confirmation email. Later that day I sent them an email with a screenshot of my order confirmation stating I had not received anything from them, that I had a pending transaction with my card issuer and requesting confirmation of the order. My email was not dignified with a response.
I looked at some other TrustPilot reviews, regretted my decision to purchase from this business but decided to keep an open mind. I called them 10 business days later, on the 26th. Android phone displayed the business as "Smoothie Operator". The call went straight to voicemail twice, in line with other reviews I had read. I resigned myself to have to get my money back via the card issuer. I made one last try and to my surprise the call was answered.
The gentleman I spoke to was helpful, confirmed my delivery address but stated that my email address was missing the final 'k' from a yahoo.co.uk email suffix. This was a lie. I informed him I was looking at the screenshot I sent on the day I made the order and all the details, including the email address were fine. He said he'd have the order re-sent and it would come by the end of the week, maybe early the next week.
They arrived today 2nd September, one week later. I'm happy with the product. However, having had a chance to look at the FAQs while I was waiting for these sunglasses to arrive:
"UK mainland and channel islands delivery cost is a flat £2.00 per order. However, if you purchase 2 pairs (or more) of any kind, the shipping cost will be FREE."
I purchased 2 pairs and I was charged £2.50. This was presented to me at checkout so I can't complain, but the company's own policy states it should have been free.
"UK orders are sent First Class Royal Mail. So generally speaking from when you place your order, you should receive it within 5 days."
My order was sent via Evri and it took 16 days.
My overall conclusion about this business is that they aren't scammers as other reviewers have suggested, they are just really badly run. Shocking communication, poor fulfilment, under-staffed customer support function. I received what I paid for in the end so a one star rating would be unfair

Sent the wrong items, tried calling several times, goes to voicemail. Emailed and no reply after 2 days.

I ordered some glasses. The only payment receipt that I got was from PayPal, nothing from Just Glasses themselves to acknowledge that I had bought glasses from them. The glasses never arrived. I have sent two emails to them asking where the glasses are. No reply. It has been over a month. I am receiving marketing emails from them of course! Terrible terrible terrible.
