Just Glasses Reviews 

I recently ordered two pairs of glasses from this company.They sent the wrong strength.Since sending them back with proof of posting,they have ignored all e-mails and telephone just goes on the answerphone.
I would not recommend using this company and shall update this review if I receive a refund.

Since writing this review I have been contacted by Max.He arranged for refund of the original cost(which has been done) and also said that my postage costs would be refunded too as the mistake was on the part of the company.I have sent a reminder e-mail but no response as yet regarding the outstanding refund.

This update is to acknowledge Max's hard work and customer support regarding a refund on my purchase.I have now had a full refund to cover original purchase and postage to return to company.
Many thanks to him as an individual, as prior to his intervention,no-one else had responded to messages or e-mails.

I had to cancel my order, but they were very gracious about it, cancelled the order and got a refund. No problems at all. Max was extremely helpful - so I would like to thank him.

Ordered Thursday, immediately took money. No confirmation mail. Called twice and met answering service with no call back so far. Emailed without response. Now 6 days post purchase. NOT GOOD

Purchased on 9th august, confirmed via email but never delivered, left voice mails but no response. Will be contacting my card supplier for a refund……

Had used just glasses once before. All was good.

I then placed an order for two more pairs of the same glasses I had ordered previously. The glasses they sent me where completely different to the original order. Quality was poor, no case and different to the photos.

There was no communication that this would happen.

I've request a return and refund but lets see what happens.

I wear contact lenses, and bought some over-readers from Just Glasses. The pair I bought was ideal. I tried to order some extra pairs, but they weren't in stock, and they were very helpful in trying to source a suitable alternative. Very good customer service and I will use Just Glasses again.

Terrible inefficiency. Dispute arisen. I placed an order and received no confirmation, although payment was taken. I sent two follow up emails, to which there was no response. In the second, I cancelled the order. I then raised a dispute via Paypal. Without apologising, JustGlasses then emailed me for the first time and said that the glasses had been dispatched. I have yet to receive them however. It is not clear whether JustGlasses will accept the cancellation or apologise for their inefficiency. I will not use them again.

Despite not having had any notification of either receipt of order, or a dispatch notification, the glasses arrived today. As ordered. One observation. The glasses arrived in a jiffy bag. Not very sturdy for a fragile item.

I ordered a pack of three cheap reading glasses to keep in different locations. When they arrived there were only two in the pack. I made a complaint and was not only given the missing pair but instead a pair of much better quality. I call that first class service.

I have used Just Glasses for the last three years and will continue to do so ..Their product is excellent value for money and good quality ..if you have an issue they deal with it instantly and I have found their customer service to be first class .

Ordered two pairs of folding glasses but received alternatives as the ones I wanted were out of stock. The alternatives were not of the same quality but I called and spoke to Max who apologised and advised me of the situation, told me to keep the ones I had received, and then sent out the correct glasses when they came back in to stock.

Excellent customer service from Max. Well done.
Following the placing of my order an email arrived advising one of the two items that I ordered was out of stock and it would be despatched separately the following week. The in stock item arrived promptly and was of excellent quality.
The out of stock item was apparently despatched but was unfortunately lost in the post. Following an exchange of emails a replacement was despatched.
Again the product was excellent value for money.
Thoroughly recommended.

I ordered 2 pairs of polarised sunglasses.
Three pairs arrived, on of which was correct. The other two were not polarised and not what I had ordered so were of no use to me. Sent multiple emails and no response.

I had ordered a pair of clip on sunglasses but had the wrong ones sent. Phoned them up and I very quickly got a full refund with no need to return.

Support is very prompt both via email and telephone. Might try ordering another pair when the pair I wanted is back in stock ;]

Excellent service . Ordered 2 pairs of different glasses. One pair out of stock duly arrived as and when advised . Will continue to order as I lose my readers regularly !

I would give no stars, but that is not an option. Over 1 month since I placed an order. Payment has been taken, but the order was never confirmed and never arrived. I emailed to enquire but never received an answer.

I asked for a refund after ordering by mistake - they did it immediately - Impressed at the speed.

4th time using this company, glasses are as described, had an issue with the last order but called the number and got through to a real person within 90 seconds, issue resolved - happy customer. Glasses were ordered on a bank holiday Monday and delivered on the Thursday of that week. Will continue to use Just Glasses as long as I keep loosing my reading glasses.

Ordered 2 pairs of reading glasses and case. Although i had email confirmation the order was complete the glasses have never arrived, and as others have said theres no response from phone number or email address. Complete silence. Time to use the credit card charge back. It seems like a proper scam.

I ordered 3 pairs of reading glasses. They were poor quality, the arms were very stiff to open and one arm broke off when opening. There are sharp edges on most of the plastic parts. A replacement pair was sent out however they arrived snapped in two and now I'm getting no response. Avoid.
