Very bad experience
Very bad experience. It said in add if I spent $100 it would be free shipping so I spent over $100. Then it took nearly 2 weeks before they arrived. It never said anything on check out that free delivery would take so long.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience, that’s definitely not what we want for our customers.
Just to clear things up, we do offer free shipping on orders over $100, and everything, free or paid, gets sent with AusPost Express, so there’s no difference in speed.
We had a look at our records and found one order under your name:
Order #84281, placed on Monday, 15 Sept at 1:53 PM, and it was delivered to Midway Point, TAS on Wed, 17 Sept at 1:58 PM, just two days later.
That order was for $30.90, so it wouldn’t have qualified for the free shipping promo.
Just wondering if the review might’ve been meant for a different store? Or maybe you placed another order with us under a different name or email? If so, send us the order number or any details and we’ll happily look into it.
We totally get how frustrating it’d be if something took two weeks, we’d feel the same. But we haven’t seen any delays like that on our end. To make it up to you, we’ll pop a couple of vapes in the post for free. Let us know your favourite flavours or brands and we’ll hook you up!
