We did reply to all your emails but sometimes our messages end up in spam so maybe check there for anything from info@just-vapes.com

We got your order and payment and shipped it express post the same day on 15 oct. Auspost tried to deliver on 16 oct around 11am but it didn’t go through and they left a note saying "no such address". Auspost tracking: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/details/99718160002501004300905

The address you used 34 erin st richmond vic 3121 is for epworth richmond hospital so that might be why delivery failed.

Anyways we want to make it right. we can send a new one today and upgrade it to the 20k puffs vape for free. Just send us a new delivery address and we’ll get it out to you. (send to info@just-vapes.com)

I have quite smoking cigarettes.

I have quite smoking cigarettes fora few years because of vapes, now that the vapes are not to be sold in the shops I had to find them online,
