Personal and direct communication

CSR was professional and well spoken, sounded like Ai at first (had to confirm a human’s voice was on the other end).

The call was handled with limited words and ease of service. All my questions and needs were handled within 5 minutes.

I’m happy we chose Just Insure insurance company. More affordable and reasonable than major insurance companies we had in the past.

Customer Service Excellence

I’ve been with Just Insure for a few weeks now and it has been an extremely enjoyable experience so far! I’ve had a few issues with the DMV’s in my state and Lupita Anzaldo has been amazing helping me throughout everything! I really appreciate all of the effort she has been making to continue to provide a great customer experience.

Horrible company do not believe any…

Horrible company do not believe any positive reviews they are lies !! This company will overcharge and not refund. You will end up finding rates just as cheap with other companies who don’t use pay per mile rip off !! Don’t end up being threatened with collections or creditors when overcharged for miles you don’t drive. Don’t be another sucker!!

Lack of customer service

They have customer service agents that lack empathy like Lupita. They should train their customer service how to actually have customer service, instead of disregarding how they make their own customers feel. They hire people who lack any care.

Especially since I don’t drive around lot, expect when I have a lot of miles driving to my medical appointments, Just always has my back.

Too expensive and they are very rude

They cancelled my policy and are acting very rude I paid them five times and they cancelled for non payment and gave only seven days to pay a sixth time in the same month when they told me it would only be $30 per month 😭 they seem to be a little racist as well..

Awesome

Awesome. People have to be blind and totally ignorant to use any other car insurance basically..Period! Had State Farm for years, and they were the best priced $158 monthly. Just Insure $50. You do the math!?

And for those who think they know something they don't. I've been a state licensed producer for 15 years.

Quit being so mindless people.
