This is a SCAM “company” they will call you few minutes after you purchase your ticket saying that you need to pay extra to get seats together which a lie. You don’t need to pay anything extra they’re just extorting you for money and you call next day the will hang up on you.
Travis was very polite and courteous on…
Travis was very polite and courteous on the phone was able to get me my tickets sent to my email
I had a great experience with agent… Donnie
I had a great experience with agent Donnie. He was a great help in getting my airline situated since the Spirit Airline debacle. Even though I ended paying more for my tickets, he explained to me the whys of the cost increase. Donnie seems very knowledgeable in what he was doing for me.

Perfect communication with Paul
Perfect communication with Paul. He was very nice to talk to.
in my 35 years of buying tickets this…
in my 35 years of buying tickets this was the worst. They are scammers that post a price on momondo that they cannot honor. Then they make you call them as they dont themselves has access to an international line. It sounds like some kind of backyard call center in india. They then put pressure to accept a price increase by claiming that the ticket is already partially booked and that they will only be able to "refund" the ticket price and not the taxes. Nothing was actually deducted at that stage so clearly a lie to make you stay. The guy actually hung up on me twice when I started questioning this approach and had to call back to make sure they didnt abuse my credit card. absolutely horrible. Stay away at all cost. They should be banned from Momondo and any other platform. Having handed these guys a credit card number literally gives me the shakes.
Do NOT use this site
Do NOT use this site! I searched lowest fare and found justairticket (I realize I should have done more research) I tried to book but the window said “processing ticket” and circled the drain for 10 mins while I wondered about my wifi connection. I finally closed out and called the place when the guy tells me the price is no longer available and now it’s twice as much. I told him no thanks and hung up only to get a call back 20 mins later telling me I did buy the ticket and now there is a $30 cancellation fee! I refused to pay anything and blocked their number as they kept trying to call back what a nightmare.
Paul was very helpful
Paul was very helpful , I really appreciate his willingness to support. Thank you paul keep up the great work.
Avoid justairticket as much as possible
If it's possible, I would rate these guys as "minus 5".
Avoid this aggregator as much as possible, because they are real scammers.
You will see one price at the website, but after you submit a request for the reservation, you will be charged much more.
Book directly with the airline, or with the trusted aggregators such as Expedia, CheapTickets, Booking, etc.
Do I have to vote 1 star
Do I have to vote 1 star? Horrible. Scam. DO NOT USE! Bought a ticket online. 5 minutes later I get a call saying that I been double booked and that the flight wasn’t available, but not to worry, he could get me on the same flight for double the price I paid. “Was the flight double booked, or are you just trying to charge me more?” He said the promotion price wasn’t available any more. “So you’re confirming I’m not double booked. You just want to charge more because of some promotion that ended after I bought the ticket?” This went back on forth for 15 minutes or more. I would hang up and they wouldn’t stop calling back, even when I told them not to. I paid $266 for the ticket. They said it was now $499, then it dropped to $450, then $390, then $350. I said “we aren’t bartering here! This isn’t a marketplace!” Unbelievable! Search this company online.
Paul was a great help
Paul was a great help. He prevented me from taking my business elsewhere by finding a ticket in my price range and was incredibly patient throughout the process.
Predatory Experience - Please Beware!
I want to add my two cents here since I just had an insanely predatory experience with them and highly discourage other folks from using this company. I tried to buy a flight from this company last night twice. The transaction didn’t go through either time (it just kept indefinitely buffering). But then they call me and email me and call me again, claiming they had charged my credit card (not true) and just needed to verify some details with me.
So I call them back and the customer service agent puts me on hold to “verify” my information for 5 minutes and comes back claiming the original flight I tried to book for $593 doesn’t exist anymore. She is likely lying. It still exists online. I can see it in front of me. She claims there’s a different flight available in economyc class instead for $659. I say absolutely not. If you cannot offer me the original flight I attempted to book at the quoted price, I do not want to do business with this company. She then claims that they will have to charge me a cancellation fee for this flight. This seems to be highly illegal to me - you quote me a price, you don’t render that good, can’t honor it (even though it still is available on your website), offer me a different option that I have the legal right to decline, and NOW WANT TO PENALIZE ME FOR YOUR TOMFOOLERY?
This felt highly predatory so I told her that I wanted to talk to her manager immediately and would instantly dispute any transaction on my credit card. She said she would cancel the flight and hangs up, sending me a followup email saying they will not charge my credit card. I worry that this may be the playbook they deploy to scam more passive customers - either by trying to squeeze them to upgrade or by penalizing them when they decline. Please be wary, folks!
The supervisor Chalie Smith understood…
The supervisor Chalie Smith understood my explanation on an unexpected error in the passenger's middle name and promptly allowed the booking not processed. So now I can rebook it with correct names. Thank you for your kind help!
Very disappointing
Very disappointing. The booking details were inconsistent, and customer service was rude when I tried to fix the issue. Instead of helping, they blamed me and refused to resolve it. I would strongly recommend avoiding this site.
The staff member "Paul" did a good job…
The staff member "Paul" did a good job of rebooking my flight to Delta after the website was sold out on 4/26/2026. Hopefully the flight will go as planned by Paul and I look forward to giving another review after the flight.
Rihanna was very helpful considering…
Rihanna was very helpful considering that my flight was unavailable and the next option was more expensive.
The guy named Paul charged me an extra…
The guy named Paul charged me an extra $51 said it was charged from “taxes and fees” since when I looked up how much the ticket cost it was $295.81 but he charged me up to $419.40 however when I checked my ticket it was only $72.69 for the taxes and fees and in total it was $368.40 so got charged extra for extra “taxes and fees” not worth it and unnecessary charge wish I got that $51 back I also have proof and receipts of everything that happened
