This is a huge scam. After booking I was told the tickets were for standby only and was up charged money for an actual seat. After being told that I couldn’t cancel and much haggling the charge was reduced a little. The information Albert sent to the airline was wrong and with no help coming I had to deal with the airline personally. Don’t use this site to book anything.

This is a scam. I talked to these people for hours, with sounds in the background obviously coming from their home. I spoke with the husband forever, and then the wife called me later and asked about something, but I couldn't understand her. Both had heavy West Indian accents. And why am hearing from an agent's wife? Really? Besides being charged a previously unknown amount for each flight, I received an "Invoice" for a $69 agent's fee. When I printed the invoice, it said it was for "Payment against Booking ID # nnnnnnn on justairticket.com." None of this amount is applied to the airline charges--it just goes to them. I said I would not pay the invoice, but they charged it to my debit card anyway. So they still had my card information and presumably can use it whenever they want, if I don't pay attention. They don't guarantee the price of the tickets you've already paid for, and there's no recourse if you want to back out.

What a rip off! My credit card was charged for over two thousand dollars and I never received my etickets! When I emailed about my booking, nobody got back to me. I’m disputing the charge on my credit card and I don’t expect there to be a problem because I never received any services.
