Easy to use site and simple selection of products. Ordering was simple and delivery good although next day is only for week days not weekends.
Feel shipping costs are a little high when just ordering accessories otherwise would give 5 stars.

We purchased the Yedoo Fifty blue balance bike for our sons 2nd Birthday. Installation is reasonable easy. We had difficulty with getting the handlebars in the frame and contacted customer service who got the right person to call us back very quickly. We found the customer service extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the installation of the bike, checking photos in an email to ensure there was any obvious issues they could see. They responded to the email extremely quickly as well. The bike appears high quality and light enough for my small 2 year old to be able to control. I would definitely recommend others to use Just Balance Bikes.

9.5 out of 10. Such a great little balance bike at a good price and so close to a perfect 10/10. 1 point deducted for having a continental brake set up (rear brake lever mounted on the right and not the left, as is the UK set up), and add back half a point for such a good quality rear brake. I've swapped over the brake lever side, but the lever is now up-side-down. not a problem but a little less aesthetically pleasing.

Purchased for my 3 year old grandson and setting up the bike out of the box very straight forward. Balance bike is sterdy and great first bike, easy for toddler to get on without any problem.

Service received from Just Balance Bikes was brilliant and would definitely use company again. Had to delay delivery due to nobody available to sign for parcel and prompt reply to emails.

What a great service, the bike is so good seen a few balance bikes before the quality of the one I bought is much better and a much better design I got the Union Jack one with matching helmet, very happy!

After searching the Internet high and low for a balance bike I called up and after a lengthy discussion I felt reassured we’ve picked the right bike for our toddler. Really great company. We weren't sure what balance bike to get our 3 yr old, so emailed the company. We received a reply really quickly and they proceeded to reply to further emails when we had more questions, which was so helpful. We purchased the little sailor. Arrived within a working day of ordering and it's a fab little bike. Very pleased.

My order of two balance bikes was placed at 13.11 on 27 November, and packed by 13.41 on the same day - that's what I call speedy service! They arrived on the 28th, they have not been opened yet as they are Christmas gifts and any building will be done by parents, not grandparents! But so far, so good, thank you!
