Bear With Us Productions Reviews

Bear with us Productions is an excellent company to work with. They guided me every step of the way in the process of creating my first self published book. The team is very professional very efficient. The quality of the illustrations and formatting was excellent, and I liked the level of involvement in the story board creation. Highly recommended.

I wrote a children story for my family not thinking about getting it illustrated however my family convinced me even though I work full time. I couldn't have been happier with the choice of Bear With Us and their team. They made it so seamless, always answered questions quickly and professionally, the illustrations are so lovely so needless to say I am glad I got it done with this company. If you are thinking about working with them, do not hesitate. Thank you to all in the Team.

What a great team of people to work with! Everything is well thought out and so the process runs smoothly and efficiently. Nothing seems to be too much bother and it makes for a very reassuring experience when you’ve not done this stuff before!! Thank you so very much for your help in taking my words, adding great illustrations and making the picture book something that I’m very proud of! Can’t wait to work on book 2!

Great experience working with Andy, Sam, Richie and Emma. As a first time author it was wonderful to have input at every stage of the process from character development through to colouring and layout. The team were open to all my suggestions and made sure they had my approval at every single step. Highly recommend. Special thanks to Sam for her beautiful illustrations.

This was my first experience of having a children's picture book formatted and it was a huge learning curve.
Thankfully Andy, Luisa, and Richie had the patience, understanding, and professionalism to lead me through the process resulting in the production of the high-quality children's picture book called, ' Stuck in the Mud.'
Absolutely delighted with the finished project.
Thank you all x

What an amazing experience working with this team! This is my first time hiring for illustrative services and am so happy that my first time doing so was with this company. The entire process was smooth, the communication was top notch, and it was clear that this team wanted to ensure that they were creating exactly how I had envisioned. We just finished our project and have shown a few people what we have been working on, everyone has been so impressed with the illustrations of the book. Will most definitely be working with again in the future.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The level of help, guidance and encouragement was terrific for a techno dinosaur novice like myself. Prompt responses. Clear instructions. Thanks to Andy, Richie, Katie, Lor, Luisa, Christian, Jamie, Artitude and special mention to Andri Anto for his wonderful illustrations. I'm delighted with the finished book.

This is my second experience working with Bear With Us Productions and it will not be my last. The team is so professional. The BaseCamp format keeps everyone on track and lets the author be a part of every step. Pricing is amazing for all that is offered. I highly recommend them!

This is my first book and I couldn’t have asked for a better production team! From start to finish , the communication was phenomenal. This experience was excellent and helped elevate the stress of a first time author. The team was so patient , flexible and accommodating. I look forward to working with this team again when it’s time to publish my next book. Thank you very much for a wonderful production experience!

What an amazing experience. This will be my first published children's book/coloring book and I needed lots of guidance. Bear With Us Productions over delivered! I am so happy with the illustrations and the cover. Andy was so good about any changes I needed done. I felt completely taken care of during the entire process. Working with Andy and his team was so great. When I'm ready to put my next book together, I will definitely reach out to Andy and his team. A huge thank you to the entire team!

I certainly could not have worked with a more awesome team to bring to life my book: Amazing Matriarchs: Mothers of Invention, Volume 1. The illustrator, Dan Harris was always in sync with my ideas, understood my vision for the book and always took my breath away with each illustration. Tommaso Pigliapochi, who formatted the book, turned just a thought I had into a full-blown theme that made the book even more fascinating. Richie Evans, who did the book brand, had me ecstatic when I saw my final book cover and branding. And through it all, Andy Wheeler was there guiding every step and providing all the clarity I needed. They even went a step further to format my book to fit a new printing platform that I wanted to use but that they weren't familiar with; and even at that, they did it excellently. I really couldn't have asked for more. It was pricey, yes, but it was so worth it and hopefully, I will continue to use them for the rest of the volumes in my book series.

First class service. Would absolutely recommend. As a new author, didn’t really know where to start. We already had illustrations and needed help putting our first book together. Andy was just brilliant. I had so many questions and needed quite a bit of help at the end with publishing and Andy was just incredible. He didn’t have to help but he did and we are so grateful. He answered all questions politely and it was never any trouble. We will definitely use Andy and his team again and will get them to do everything for us for the next book. We cannot thank you enough!

Bear with Us was the most incredible experience I've ever had. They saw my vision and worked so diligently to recreate it. Not being an artist, Vanina was incredibly patient with my numerous revisions. My book was published through KDP, and I am extremely pleased with the results. I would unquestionably recommend Bear with Us to anyone in need of illustrations for a children's book. My dream of becoming a children's book author has come true.

Outstanding service! Highly recommended!

As a first time author I cannot thank Bear with Us Production team enough!
They made a impossible dream possible!
The illustrations by Yogesh Mahajan were beyond incredible and beautiful making all the ideas come to life!
From start to finish they explained every step of the process and provided you with all the information you need. They were very patience and supportive throughout - answered all my questions.
I would definitely work with them again!
Thank you all so much!

Overall you can't really complain about the world class artists you get at this price point. The artists are truly incredible and the fact that an average joe like me even has access to them is a miracle in itself.

But if there is one thing I think the process could improve on it's the communication side of things.

At minimum I would've at least have liked to meet the artist in a video chat or something so we could discuss the story and discuss what they had in mind for everything before they start working on it. Instead we met through comments on the website and that was basically it before everybody went radio silent for weeks then started giving me things to approve.

Once the approval process began I had a lot of notes but the only way to leave them was once again through comments on the website which gets very tricky after a while. Sometimes it's hard to express a big note when you have very specific feedback. There were a few miscommunications because of this, meaning more wasted time that I think once again could've been avoided had there been more direct contact to discuss them instead of just always having to type them out.

With more time I would've liked some things to have been done differently, but I was told the artist had to move on to other things soon. So I just started saying yes to stuff haha. In the future it would be nice to have more clarity on the schedule as well.

In the end though I was happy with what they did. I just wanted to have fun going through the process of making a book for my daughter. And I wanted it to look professional. And thanks to Bear With Us Productions I was able to do just that. For the price point, the quality of the final product, and the ease of use…you can’t beat it. They’re the best.

Andy, Richie and Edixon were very responsive to our requests, offering suggestions and guidance whilst considering our opinions and doing their best to make adaptations. The designing process was an incredible experience and the journey towards our finished book was a great experience. Our vision was brought to life and a product produced that really outlined what we wanted! Questions and queries were quickly responded to with a dedication shown to ‘get it right.’
