For the ORDER #JBS1262, the item - WILDCAT K2 PLUS MTB BICYCLE × 1, White / 27.5" has some defects as attached photos, and I would like to return and refund for this, and for the bike seat part, the stick was fall down inside and cannot take out easily as photo.
For the product that is unused and in original packaging as attached photos too.
So may I know what procedures should I do to next for the return & refund?

The bike looks nice , it is for my daughter , handle bar is not wide enough and the side stand which I received is too big for the bike and not useable . Other than that all looks good .

I am extremely chuffed to bits about my bike order that I’ve placed. I purchased a Wildkat k2 white mountain bike from this company. Bought last Friday and delivered on Monday only part was missing from mine was the saddle pole one call to let them know and the next day the saddle pole and a drinks holder / bottle came with. Can’t fault this company at all highly recommended and reasonable priced. Will be placing future purchases again. 😊😊😊😊
