4 days and still waiting for my withdrawal
So far I have been waiting 4 days on a withdrawal request, of 188€. They have not yet started the KYC procedure, they will probably wait out the 48 hours first.
Customer Support often uses automated replies.
This is by far the worst licensed casino
in the totality of existence. I’m trying to get the banking and card system to block them out, that’s why they are moving on to the depth of crypto payments. That’s their birth place and that’s where they belong.

Do not use this casino. It is truly a scam believe the reviews you see with the bad rating. The cash raking is a joke. The customer support is a scam. They will act like they will help you. Even when you show proof with picture of money being taken out of your account even when you did not play a round, they will tell you that you played to steal the money. You barely will win. Minimum deposit is 20 and they have the setting on automatically 250 euros when depositing instead of leaving you put your own amount. It is not a friendly casino at all. The platform is ridiculously confusing and takes a while to upload. You will lose all your money. Even after giving this review it will be an automated bot response you will get. Check all the other reviews. They are not lying. Do not sign up to this casino. You will lose alot of money. Withdrawal takes days by the way. So please refrain from using this casino.
