Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time with companies that only offers an AI assistants to help you. I called to ask specific questions regrading using their service, the robot hung up up on me 4 times and just sent a text to schedule a call days out. This company does not care about you as a customer or earning your business and there are much better alternative like TextMagic, yhey answered my call and got my business by answering 5 questions.

I was comparing a few different tools and decided to go with JustCall because of the great support and help, specifically from Harshul. Highly recommend.
Disappointing Experience with JustCall's Pricing and Support
There are other companies that can do better for a cheaper price. Their customer service is really slow and feels disconnected. It took them a week to decide on a refund for something I did not use, and their decision was driven by greed rather than setting an experience, The subscription system is confusing and auto-subscribed for the next month. Having not used anything, I asked for a refund and they refused. The setup was a bit difficult in the beginning, and overall, the service feels too expensive for simple services.

Great after sales support! I had concerns with my incoming call notifications but it was resolved immediately with the support of Basil. He was very professional and understanding enough to accommodate my request for a call so we can resolve my concern ASAP. We closed the call with a resolved concern. Thank you so much!

Customer support via AI assistants is…
Customer support via AI assistants is terrible. Instead of real help, you are routed through bots that do not solve actual issues. Support agents do not call back, do not proactively reach out, and fail to provide proper assistance with integrations. Communication is slow, inefficient, and extremely frustrating. You end up wasting hours without any real progress. This level of support is unacceptable for a business platform.

Tried to cancel, asked for help to cancel in an email then asked the AI coach, and still can not cancel. The software is as bad as the support. Stay Away!

Not Receiving OTP via Email
I had some issue regarding not receiving OTP. Upon report, it did not even take an hour for the issue to be resolved. Harshul was very efficient in determining the cause and providing timely resolution. Appreciated.
We used JustCall for over five years
Updated Review: We used JustCall for over five years, primarily as a place to port our number so it wouldn’t incur long-distance charges and could be forwarded to my cell phone. We rarely used most of the platform’s features, which are quite a big, yet over that time, we paid well over $3,000 for the service.
When we recently switched to a new carrier and ported our number, we contacted JustCall to cancel our account. At that time, there was a $50 credit remaining, which they initially refused to refund. After requesting a review of the situation, the company has since agreed to refund the $50, which I appreciate.
That said, the initial refusal was disappointing after five years of loyalty and significant spend, and it left a poor final impression. While the issue was ultimately resolved, the experience highlighted a lack of goodwill on the way out.
Because of this, I would recommend JustCall.io for the ease of the breadth of features they offer, but potential customers should carefully review cancellation and refund policies before signing up.

Great customer support
Worst service ever
I tried JustCall for a brief time. My goal was to integrate with Zoho CRM. I could not get anyone to help me setup the service correctly to work with Zoho as I was promised so I quickly moved on to another service. The true irony is that OVER A YEAR after I discontinued the service I started receiving daily summaries of my phone conversations which of course show nothing as I'm not using the service. And there is NO WAY for me to stop these emails as there is no UNSUBSCRIBE LINK and I no longer have access to an account as I NEVER USED THEIR SERVICE.

Support team was on point, helped me with all my needs and canceling my account (switching over to a different dialer), and processed my refund in a timely matter. I'd invest my money again!

Absolutely Impossible Company
Absolutely Impossible Company. I run a Lead Generation Business, and this company is not only incompetent (no classification of lists onto sub lists) but the service team are all robots and can never help - days wasted. Then they hook your credit card into a rollover (unfairly) even though you don't use the system. 2 years of payments for ZERO usage. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
