I would like to bring to your attention that my withdrawal request, submitted on 1 may, has still not been processed or paid out.
According to your own information, withdrawals are supposed to be completed within 48 hours. Unfortunately, this deadline has almost passed and I have not received my funds.
I understand that occasional delays can happen, but honoring promised processing times are essential. If my withdrawal is not paid within the next few days, I will be forced to leave this review on Trustpilot and also post about my experience on CasinoGuru.
However, as soon as my withdrawal is successfully paid, I will immediately remove this review.
I hope you will resolve this quickly and professionally so that I can update this to a positive experience.

They closed my account right after I made a deposit.. its a scam casino

Opened an account and made a deposit . Account was then immediately closed after they took my money . They don’t respond to emails and the chat is just Ai bot giving me the same generic answer . They essentially stole 400$ from me and have completely ghosted me

Useless casino and customer support team. They do not mention everything when you get bonus from them. I recently got $500 bonus and I made $48000 in two days. When it was time to withdrawal money so all my winnings were wiped out from my account. When I contacted them so they said maximum amount $5000 which I get as per terms and conditions. Why do you require higher wages (40X). Stay away from this casino. If you wanna save money and time….

JustCasino is a scam, as long as you’re paying you’ll be fine, once you decide to leave the casino without getting your withdrawal they will confiscate your winnings because of their “rules”

Highly unethical and unfair to the users.

Played the same way I always have, but just because I decided to leave they confiscated my winnings saying that I have breached, played the same I always have and got my withdrawals.

Only difference this once was that I asked them to close my account because of an agent’s incompetence her name is Lexie.
