I am very disappointed with the service in Qatar. The first cleaner arrived visibly unwell: she was sick several times and still continued working. I feel sorry for her and hope she is better now, but this situation was extremely uncomfortable and absolutely not up to professional standards — she should have been allowed to stay home instead of being sent to a client.

The second cleaner arrived two hours later and behaved very unprofessionally. She didn’t understand the tasks, kept laughing, and did everything very superficially — basically pretending to clean. I eventually had to send her home.

What made the situation even worse is that I specifically requested a different cleaner who had worked for me before, but a completely different person showed up. Considering this was a post-move cleaning and I had very limited time, the whole experience was extremely disappointing.

Scam, took the money and did not send any maid with no response

I was recommended this company by a very close friend of mine, who said the staff were very good and great value for money.
I booked for today on a one off cleaning for two hours at 12pm. The lady turned up half an hour early, which was not an issue for me as I was home all day.
She was very friendly and did a great job in cleaning the apartment. So up until this point I was happy with the service and so had decided to give her a small tip to show my gratitude.
However, once she had left I had planned to go out and went to my purse and found that my money had been stolen, AED 1000 in total.
It is such a shame that such a great experience went to awful in such a short space of time.
My first experience with JustClean and possibly my last.

I recently hired this cleaning company for a service and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After the cleaner left, I noticed that the lid to my water drain was missing. I checked the area and couldn’t find it, so I contacted the cleaner, who mentioned it "might have gone under the wooden closets." The cleaner should have been more mindful of ensuring everything was put back in its place before leaving, especially something as important as the drain lid.

It’s extremely frustrating to work with a company that lacks accountability and professionalism. I’m highly disappointed and would caution others to think twice before booking with them.

I’ve had multiple issues with the Just Clean app, and this recent experience was the worst. I booked a cleaning service for 2:15 PM, but the maid showed up at 4:30 PM. The service provider claimed they were unaware of my booking, which shows a serious failure in communication between the app and the provider.

I tried to contact Just Clean support, but there was no working contact number or live chat. I spent over an hour trying to get help with no success. Eventually, I had to contact the provider directly. The delay caused major disruptions to my work and other important appointments.

After all of this, Just Clean only offered 25 AED in wallet credit as compensation, which is completely unacceptable given the time lost and inconvenience caused. Their customer service is unresponsive, and the app has proven to be unreliable more than once. I do not recommend using it until they fix these serious issues.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I am unable to log into my account, I have raised a ticket for this 5 times and each time they either close it to say its resolved or that someone will call me from the technical team who never do! They have no idea on how to handle an issue or a complaint.

13/05/25 Update - Issue has now been resolved but my review on the poor customer service leading to this complaint remains. You must do better JustClean to prevent it getting to a complaint stage.

They left used razor in the bathroom instead of telling them to throw it because of which my tenant left the apartment and canceled the reservation. They also arrived one hour late and on finishing 2 hours they left the house dirty in between and their manager started giving us warnings of calling police and fought with us outside our house. They also threw our access card in the dustbin and when we asked them they told us they had no idea. Been trying to contact their customer service for more than 24 hours and have received no call. Can you imagine anything worse than this?

They keep telling me the cleaner cannot come today and we tried to call you but there are no missed calls. This is the second time in two weeks.
On customer service now and they said ‘we are calling you but there is no answer’ - I’m literally LOOKING at my phone and it’s not ringing.
Terrible customer service and minimum cleaning ability.
I gave them a second chance after their cleaner broke several things in my house but this is it finished now.
Now they say they will refund but not one session as it was ‘included free’.
I reminded them that this should also be refunded as it was promised as per of the contract.
I do NOT recommend this cleaning service.

If there is a zero I will provide that , horrible customer service not reliable , you book a cleaning service they don’t show up and they don’t have a Courtney or informing us

"I booked JUSTCLEAN to clean my house, and when I arrived two hours before the scheduled completion time, they hadn’t started yet. When I called, they told me they couldn’t do the job because it required male workers, which was never communicated to me in advance. I was promised a refund, but despite contacting them multiple times since March 1st, nothing has been done. They also claimed to have a video showing the work was completed but haven't provided it, even though I sent them photos proving the cleaning was not done. Very poor communication and customer service."

Bad and rude team

I would give Zero. WORST service ever. Customer service is awful! As many said they take the money and don't provide the service. Never on time! I paid for a month and every week same issues with them I just wanted to use the services I paid for and never deal with them again. They know they are bad that's why there is no number to contact and they ignored my msgs through IG so when I started commenting that I wanted a refund they kept deleting my comments and ended up blocking me.

Pathetic service.....no option to reschedule....poor customer service .....request everyone not to use their service

Terrible service. No response to complaint. Just AI closing ticket. Money was stolen from my room.

Don't use this company!
They will mess up your order, double bill you, and then drag out a resolution for months—terrible customer service.

#### Conclusion just clean is Cleaning Services is a fraudulent company that preys on unsuspecting customers. They lure you in with false promises, deliver subpar services, and then try to extort additional money from you. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by choosing a reputable cleaning service instead.

Horrible customer service. Booked cleaning services for 9 pm. No one came. I requested for a refund. They kept giving excuses. I did not want rebooking. I wanted my money back. Highly not recommended.
