David Mitchell and his team from Just Clear Watford did a very efficient collection of bulky furniture at my house in Amersham. David is very responsive to my questions and queries and delivered a good service. I'm happy with his service so I made a plan already for the next house clearing 😄 I trust David & team to remove or clear the house. Definitely highly recommended.

David and his team turned up on schedule to perform a house clearance on a difficult to access upper floor flat. They were very friendly and professional and I was kept well informed on the progress and costs of the clearance. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would recommend using their house clearing services.

David and the team did an excellent job clearing my house and arranged via his contacts for professional cleaning, decoration and electrical work to be completed. Communication was excellent including either pictures, or videos with all the work completed to a very high standard. Extremely professional with care taken.

When I spoke to David about clearing the heavy items of furniture from my late Mother's house I felt he sounded like a reliable and decent person. As there are a number of clearing businesses about I made my decision to go with David on my gut feeling and he certainly proved that to be right. We only had very short notice for the clearance to be done but he was able to fit us in - even despite his van breaking down the day before so we agreed on the following day and he had to hire a van to honour our booking. We were very pleased with David's professionalism and we would happily recommend his services to anyone.

Honestly, I was worried about the whole process because of the reputation of the industry in the past, but I needn't worry. Brendan was very prompt and professional in his communication and booked in our house clearance.
On the day, despite the confusion with timings, the team were friendly and respectful and worked very hard to clear absolutely everything without any issues, grumbles or gripes. Would use again.

David has helped me three times; clearance twice and even helped when I need more of a combo of clearance and removals. David is a great communicator and extremely quick and efficient. I highly, highly recommend Just Clear!

I used David and his team to clear my great aunts flat. They were absolutely amazing and really friendly. All responses were quick and they arrived when they stated. They worked very quickly and went above and beyond when it came to the garden that was more than we realised. All round we would highly recommend them and they would be our first call if ever needed again. Prices were very reasonable.

I used David and the Just Clear team recently for the clearance of my Mum's house. They were very friendly, professional and helpful, turned up when they said they would, worked incredibly hard and all the billing was extremely clear and well presented.
Overall highly recommended and would definitely use them again.

Not quite sure what we would have done without the help and advice from David at Just Clear. He made the whole process of a house clearance of a family members house much easier and smoother than we ever imagined
