Natasha was great

Natasha the staff member who helped me was extremely thorough with her observations. She put me at ease with my choice of insurance and gave advice without being coercive.

Good

Good, efficient and reasonably priced.
I spoke with Brian who explained all the parts of the cover and was an extremely pleasant and helpful person, the travel insurance was sorted efficiently and I'm delighted with the price.

Easy to manage and get cover

Easy to manage and get cover, thankfully I haven’t had to use it yet but once it’s done it’s much better peace of mind so I’m glad it wasn’t an ordeal to purchase

She listened to my needs and made valuable suggestions to me on the type of cover I was getting.

Extremely efficient staff

Initial person I dealt with promptly transferred me to another person to complete my query.
Having the option to press 1 on your phone keypad for a callback is an excellent idea.
Also I was not waiting long for a callback.
