Good experience with JustDial

Only One platform those provide us proper customers numbers. I using this since last 4 years. I am trying instagram, google adverts, Air bnb any many platform but only from Justdial I got converted clients. It's best platform for any businessmen because here you can directly talk with your clients. Thank you

They took payment

They took payment , sales agent name sanjay and sushant. Not guided properly not supported in KYC. After deducting advance and first ECS service not activated. Its More than 3 days deduction of first ECS.Pathetic service from these agents. Fake promise and changed. Looking for instant support to getting activate service.

Never trust this company

Never trust this company. I am warning you before you list any of your services.

I waited two months before writing this because I normally do not post negative reviews. But in this case, I feel responsible to protect future customers.

I listed my digital marketing service on this platform and the lead quality was terrible. Most leads had zero buying intent. Many were job seekers, random enquiries, or people who looked like competitors trying to waste time. It felt like they were sending anything just to complete their quota, not real prospects who want to buy.

Support is even worse. Before I joined, they made multiple promises to close the deal. After payment and once you are locked into the one-year plan, they stop caring. No proper resolution, no accountability, no improvement.

My advice: stay away from this platform at any cost. You will waste money, time, and energy.

Good for leads

I have started with basic package and now enededup continuing with just dial by paying almost 20,00,000. I got a great experience with JD and doing good business.

Great going keep it up.
