Fraud don’t trust them

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Money Taken Without Service Delivery by JustDial

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service from JustDial.

I made a payment for services that were clearly promised to me, but no service was delivered. The representative, Suhail, stopped responding to my calls after taking the money. Despite multiple complaints to JustDial customer care, I received no support or resolution.

This experience has caused financial loss, stress, and complete disappointment with the company’s conduct.

I request an immediate refund and a written explanation for the failure to deliver the paid service.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH – 1800-11-4000 / consumerhelpline.gov.in) and file a formal complaint under the Consumer Protection Act for unfair trade practices.

I expect a quick and professional response.

First long back i had taken paid…

First long back i had taken paid subscription in the company which was total disaster and then i had never used the services for almost 10 years . But now again I got listed past 2 months and i never thought that I would get such great response . In this 2 months u had got almost 3 clients and u have recovers what i have paid plus for more 6 months my amount has been recovered . I would would say and have learned that never think of the past but you should give the chance again and see and wait patiencely.
