Cannot recommend Gary highly enough. We had issues getting access to the manhole (through no fault of our own or just drains) but Gary went above and beyond to get us rebooked in multiple times and was always an absolute professional. When the survey was done he got the report to us within an hour. We won't go to anyone else again. He's so knowledgeable, again can't recommend highly enough.

I’ve never written a review for a company before but I was blown away by the service from Just Drain Surveys and feel that they really deserve a positive review. People also need to know about this company!

I contacted just drain surveys to do a cctv drain survey following concerns raised on a survey of a house that we were purchasing.

From the first phone call, nothing was too much trouble. The survey was completed promptly and at a competitive price. I was called on a Friday evening to talk through the report! And they even got quotes from local companies for me to carry out the work needed. 100% recommend.

FTB on a property and used Just Drains Survey which provided fantastic service with a well detailed report. Answered all my questions with estimated cost for each issue found. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I am planning to buy a house and I wanted to check the drains because of a large oak tree close to the property. Gary arrived on the date agreed, he scanned both the foul water and the surface water drains, provided a video of all the drains and a very useful schematic of the drains layout, a written report and identified a number of problems. He was also available to answer fully follow up questions from myself. It has proved to be a very worthwhile exercise.

From my first communication with Gary he was so helpful, professional and competent. He came to carry out the CCTV survey within a couple of days and was so friendly and knowledgeable, he really put my mind at rest. The report came to me via email the very next day which was very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Had a blocked drain and a drain rod stuck.

Retrieved the drain rod and unblocked the drain within an hour and at a great price.

Any issues again will 100% give them a call.

We needed a drain survey after some building work in Sandiacre, Nottingham. They were on time,very courteous and professional. We would definitely use them again.

If Carlsberg did drain surveys, needed cctv drain survey to ascertain where drains ran before building work.

Initially called them out and Gary was so helpful. I went with the CCTV + report package. After this was completed It was revealed we had a hole in one of the pipes that was contributing to our rodent problem. Gary recommended a company to resleave the affected pipe and they completed the work for me within a short timeframe. Within a couple of months of no activity the rodents returned. Gary kindly came back out to review and assure us that the activity was not coming from my side of the drains. So will arrange with my neighbours. Gary's service was top notch and eternally grateful he was able to come back to review the work to give us peace of mind that rodent activity was not from our side of the property.
