Terrible service, assessor didn't turn up on the day, couldn't get through to office til mid morning to find out what was happening. Rearranged for the following day, he did turn up on time and was very pleasant and professional. Had to ring office again to get epc emailed as was told 2 days once assessment was done. Unprofessional and wouldn't use again. Can employ someone local, more direct, cheaper and more personal. Wouldn't pay extra for a go between that doesn't do the job properly.

Haven't even got past receptionist!
When I asked about if their calls are recorded, the answer was No!
Fortunately we as a business have the facility to record calls! Phone went dead! Do not use this company

Terrible service all round. Booked an inspection and paid. Didn't hear anything so the day before I contacted them and they told me they still have to confirm the booking. They then told me they couldn't find an assessor. Then they told me their assessor was off on long term sick! Then they told me they couldn't do it until the long term sick person is back!
Stay well away from these people because they are just hopeless! Took money and couldn't deliver.
Might be a good idea to see what appointments there are and if they cannot be fulfilled let the customers know...customer service.

I wish I had read the reviews here before contacting this company. I was told that someone would do an EPC check and I had to pay up front. The following day, Jane wrote to say that the person who was going to do the work had personal issues and could no longer do it as he had phoned in sick and they were therefore cancelling it but I would get a full refund. The day after that I still hadn't had my refund so I wrote to Jane. This time the refund was processed but did not come through until the day after that. My main complaint is that they took the money before they knew they could fulfil the service.

Avoid - seems to be a similar trend here - make a booking time slot pay and then receive confirmation emails - the day before was advised that they didn’t have anyone available then received and email from Jane that appointment cancelled money will be refunded because the assessor lived 20 miles away and didn’t want to travel - what a complete joke of a company!!!

I’m not impressed with this so called company!
I booked a visit, saw my money had been taken...was told via email, that I would receive a confirmation email (which never came)so I called them, spoke to Jane.. she told me that actually that guy was having the day off to work on his house😱 and the other guy won’t come as he is 20 miles away.😱
Jane said she would get back to me about booking ahead...she never called!
So I had to call yet again! Jane said that the guy working on his house is actually working on his house all week!
Also told to look elsewhere😱
They will refund my money supposedly.

The worst experience and not worth it.
I booked my EPC on the Friday for the following Tuesday. I assumed that my upfront payment would ensure a guaranteed service. I was very wrong. I prepared for my appointment for paying for my children to attend a holiday camp (it was half term) to minimise the number of distractions. I also took the day off work and paid for parking. My appointment was booked for 9a.m. After waiting an hour, I called the assessor. He said he was not coming and could not come that day and then put the phone down. I have never been spoken to so rudely. I called JustEPC to update them, they did apologise I was assured that I would receive some compensation. I have received nothing to date and doubt I never will do.
Another appointment was booked in later for that morning. When I called the new assessor, I was told that he could not come until later that afternoon, so I extended the time that my children were in the holiday camp. As I reached home after driving 6 miles, he then called me and told me that he was on his way. I had to drive back immediately and realised that I did not need to pay the additional afternoon for the children's holiday camp.
This was on the Tuesday when I was told that I would receive the report in 1-2 days. I had not received anything by the Sunday so I contacted the assessor and it finally came that evening,
The entire process was very stressful and expensive so my advise to you is to look elsewhere!

On 16 August 2018 I made booking online and paid for it. I received email confirmation for the date and time. In the morning of 17 August I receive a phone call from the Assessor. He advised me that he does not work on Saturdays and proposed me to reschedule the assessment to a later day during business week.
No apology, no compensation for trouble and inconvenience. It is very unfortunate that this company happened to be a shame for British business. They are the reason for the UK business reputation going downhill.

Bought set of 10 UPCs a few months back and went to use them today to create listings on amazon and all of the 10 have already been used by another seller. Looks like recycled junk.

Just EPC have sorted out my energy performance certificate. They were quick to answer and quoted a great price. Would definitely use them again.
