I see a lovely dress that I would like to order, but a popup up saying I would get 50% percent off with a code, changed to 15% off. That deception along scared me from going through with the order. Then I looked at the reviews saying that quality of product was poor. That material used was often not was what was shown. Quality means a lot to me, so I decided not to order.

The dress is nothing and I mean nothing like the picture shown. I would like to get a refund. The dress is cheap looking. Nothing I would have paid for.

I love the items I've bought before from JustFashionNow. I'm sure I will enjoy wearing the items I've purchased today.

i would give 5* but there is no one to ask a question of...for example a sweater was described as "knitted" but fabrication was not listed. also sizes are so varied...have to carefully look at all measurements

The wrong items were shipped to me. I promptly messaged the company to rectify the incorrect order, and I was asked to take pictures of the items and packaging showing the wrong items. I sent all of the pictures to the email address that requested them. To this day, several years later, I have still not heard anything, so I am permanently stuck with a coat and boots that aren't worn due to the coat not being even remotely close to what I ordered. It is more like a light shirt rather than a coat, and the boots were the incorrect size, so another unworn item! What a waste of time and money! If you value customer service, easy returns, and quality products, go somewhere else!
