Somehow one of my items duplicated showing three of the same in my order. Just Fashion gave me the option of replacing the two items or having a refund. Very good customer service.

I want a full refund of $40.98 for…

I want a full refund of $40.98 for "sweater" I purchased on 10/06/2025. Order number HBC03843471. Nothing but a piece of crap. Falsely advertised, supposed to be cotton sweater. There were no tags on it. I am disputing this with my credit card company. Very disappointed. Jean Hardy.

Disappointed with this outfit

Disappointed with this outfit. The top doesn't match the ad, and the pants aren't the soft gold color I expected. Unfortunately, I can't wear them and will need to look elsewhere. I won't be purchasing from this seller again.

JFN is my place of choice for shopping on line. I have never been disappointed with anything I have purchased. I have been a customer for a number of years and get many complements on my clothes. Excellent customer service.
