By the time we paid their booking fee…
By the time we paid their booking fee and then found out they also charged a fee on seats, we would have paid less going direct to the airlines. Trying to call customer service was a nightmare as well. I would not recommend this company as a travel service.

I bought cancellation insurance thru just fly..
Had to cancel trip and now just fly say that I have too contact a third party to file a claim, even though I paid just fly for the insurance.
They say they have no way of contacting xcover, the insurance company, and xcover's website say that I have to get the information from just fly!
Very frustrating after being on the phone for hours and getting nowhere, couldn't even get a supervisor on the phone.. Better business bureau is next!

Triple check what you're buying as it might turn out to be an upsetting experience.
so I bought a multi city ticket on this website and it has been a nightmare.
I bought a ticket from LHR to KIX via HEL and then back from HND to LHR [direct] and the price was not cheap cheap, but reasonably priced.
The flight from LHR - HEL - KIX was lovely as Finnair always is and my ticket included 2x 23kg luggage allowance which I didn't need as I only had 1x 22.5kg suitcase but it was nice to have.
I am due to fly back on the 22nd April 2026 from HND to LHR with BA and to my surprise, the ticket that justly.com got me it's a hand luggage ONLY ticket. makes no sense at all as I was told that the allowances were the same for the whole trip. That my friends, was a lie as confirmed by BA just now.
Ended up having to pay extra on BA.com to get my suitcase back from Japan to the UK.
Needless to say I will never buy another ticket from this site.
It makes no sense to buy me a ticket with such a good allowance coming in to Japan but flying home I get no allowance at all? I mean... how is that even possible?
