Slippers received today and they are fabulous! So worth the wait! I don’t normally write reviews but I thought I should so others like myself would have peace at mind!! As I was very concerned as Ordered end of November and hadn’t received untill today! Peat the peanut is a gift for our daughter in her Christmas Eve box!
I messaged many times to enquire about delivery and always had a reply. Read these reviews and thought I’m never going to receive these slippers!!
As I said they have arrived today and they are so cute!! Well made and really fabulous!

Orders placed at the beginning of December are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped with an estimated 7–14 business day delivery timeframe, which is clearly stated and accepted at checkout. An order remaining within this timeframe does not indicate fraud.
A Royal Mail status stating they are “expecting the item” reflects a carrier-side scan delay, which is common during peak December volumes and outside the merchant’s control. It does not mean the item has not been dispatched.
Our email support team has remained in contact and kept customers updated throughout. We continue to assist until delivery is completed or the carrier confirms an exception, in line with our published policy.
Accusations of scamming while no breach of the agreed terms has occurred are inaccurate and misleading.

Like all other 1 star reviewers, I too placed an order on the 28/11. Royal Mail tracking states expecting delivery since 2/12 and it hasn’t changed. Sent emails, every reply (whilst fast) is AI generated and condescending and replies with the same speech of 2-3 business days and 7-14 days delivery but we are long past that now and I cannot get a response to exactly where the order is.. probably because I’ll never get it! I’ve received orders from all over the world that were ordered after this was placed.

Funny how all of a sudden there is an influx in 'good' reviews. They are ALL fake. This company is a scam, 3 weeks to the date and still no order received. NO TRACKING updates, NO REFUND - after promising one. This business is a scam, I have done my research and now feel totally stupid. Domain registered 2 months ago, business registered in Iceland - Reykjavik to be exact (so unsure why orders are 'being shipped from the US'. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. You will NEVER get your order, or your money back. Raise a dispute with your bank ASAP. I will not keep quiet about this!!!! SCAMMER!!

We ask that you kindly remove or amend this review, as it continues to make accusations that no longer reflect the outcome of your order. Leaving a review encouraging bank disputes and alleging fraud after successful delivery is misleading to other customers.
As previously explained, delivery timelines of 2–3 business days processing followed by 7–14 business days shipping are clearly stated and were adhered to. Tracking scan delays and fulfilment locations do not indicate misconduct and were addressed during correspondence.

Ordered 25th November and was a bit sceptical that they would arrive in time for Christmas, but they arrived today and are absolutely adorable. The Crossaint Slippers are going to look fab on my Grandaughters feet. They arrived very well wrapped and they are very good quality. I was kept up to date on their journey to the UK and when I emailed I got a response quickly. You have to allow for things to arrive especially at this time of year, if in doubt order early!

I ordered the peanut slippers for a present for Christmas for my daughter, the delivery took some time which is to be expected at this time of year anyway but they arrived and are absolutely adorable. 28/12/25 - still haven’t received and now waiting for a full refund. You clearly are not sticking to your stated terms at all. If you were I would had received my order by now!

Ordered croissant slippers 20 days ago.
Tracking details not changed since 2nd Dec.
Contacted them 4 times same response “please be patient lovely they will be there soon” they can’t give me a time frame or an update think it is probably a scam!!!
The time frame has well passed, it is now the 22nd Dec and no further updates!!!
A update- they arrived end of dec packaging was terrible but the slippers are quite nice and quality is good, I would have sent them back but the daughter wanted to keep them.
