Great service. Very friendly and reliable. The guys always keep us well informed in the rare event of any delays etc.
Our council does not offer a glass collection and we are unable to get to a bottle bank so our glass would have to go into our refuse bins!

Great company filling the gap for busy people - there are less bottle banks around and we always forget to take them out with us. Avoids us having a bottle mountain!

From start to finish this company has been super efficient. It's so lovely to not have to visit the bottle bank anymore. The box provided is excellent quality and collection was on date given. Would highly recommend this service.

My first collection was of the contents of several carrier bags and the provided box. Quite a backlog as I'm not able to easily get to a bottle bank.
Pick up was on the day and at the expected time, and I'm pleased to carry on with the monthly collection.

They collect when they say they will and they notify me well in advance.

It saves me walking to the bottle bank as I don't drive; what's not to like?

I was really impressed that I received a reminder of the pick up day and time, even down to tracking the half hour time slot which was accurate.
Easy to use website, with straight forward sign up and delivery of box.

This service is great. I am kept really informed about when my next collection will be then on the day a smaller time frame of when and who is collecting and then a further update when it has been collected.
Always turned up and never late. Well worth the money.

What a fantastic company! Filling the gap that the woeful local councils fail to do. Ollie and Owen are just brilliant, 1st class customer service, comunication is top notch. Also helping the environment :)
