Easy and efficient

Amazing service!
Amazing service!! I messaged asking for a one off service after bank holiday weekend. They were covering my area the same day and due to their great communication and quick response, they added me to their route and picked it up a few hours later! Even under such short notice, they were really helpful, friendly and efficient. Thanks Just Glass!

Excellent service
Excellent service, managed to have a clear out of all of my old glasses which were collected without any issues. The box gets dropped off, You fill it and it is removed and replaced with a new one. Nice and easy process!

Had my first collection this morning…
Had my first collection this morning and I’m very impressed. I never have time to go to the bottle bank and the glass just builds up. It’s great to have a dedicated glass bin that we can use, and know that we don’t have to worry about emptying it.

Quick and convenient. Excellent service.
The bottle bank near me is usually dirty and/or overflowing, so I booked a one-off Just Glass collection as I had a lot of glass accumulated over several months.
They were very quick to respond to my email. All my questions were answered promptly, payment was easy, and collection was a breeze.
On the morning of collection, you get an email with a pick-up time window, and a final confirmation email once collection is complete, so you can grab your containers from the street.
Top-quality service, will definitely use again!

Cracking business idea
Cracking business idea. Love to support innovative ideas such as this. For me, convenience is key as I procrastinate over taking the glass to the recycling centre week after week as it piles up. Only to then fill the boot of my car with excessive broken glass and sludge. Hope you guys keep up the success.

This is a brilliant service, I wish I had started sooner! My box was full and I felt guilty of all previous un-recycled glass bottles. Email received with time slot for the pick up which was I thought was handy and clever, another email to acknowledge collection made. Seems this company has thought of everything!
