I booked a room in Pontypridd Wales when we went to check in no room hade been booked so after contacting them(no phone number) and no response I had to pay cash so paid twice! I was credited some back to my account? I have now booked a hotel in Chester so fingers crossed eh. watch this space
Booked a 5 star hotel in Belfast for £100 night. Used the make an offer tool and got a great price, highly recommend justhooit
The customer service was awful. I reached out to the service team immediately after discovering an additional fee a few seconds after booking. However, instead of finding a solution, the team insisted that I should have read the statement carefully. There was zero empathy displayed, which is essential in this business. As a result, I will not be making any future reservations, and I advise others to be cautious if they plan to do so

Does what it says on the tin; had a room advertised at £110, bid down to £100 and had £20 sign up credit so paid £80 for a central London room. Check in at the hotel seemless as any other booking company. As others have said, worth a shot especially with a welcome bonus!
Booked a hotel room at £52 which included £20 off. Entered my payment details and confirmed. The website showed the confirmation page of £52 charged. Checked my bank account and £72 was taken from my account?!?! Emailed the company twice as no contact number to call.

I've had a reply from Christine at Justhooit.com. They made me aware that it was a website error due myself using two emails to set up the account at the time. £20 has now been refunded and Christine kindly added an additional £20 to the account. Well done Christine.
tried to book a hotel at the price of £107.00 as advised on you website, but on check out it was the was £127.00. and discount was added even through have a screenshot of the price i was quoted. so i did no go ahead with the booking as it was false quote. dont trust this company
Made a booking through justhooit.com and had a fantastic stay in London. Very happy.
Very easy to book and competitive price. Hotel was fabulous. Will book again through this site, and tell my friends. Very helpful and got back to me straight away with my enquiry. Thank you so much. Happy traveller. 😊
Easy to use with plenty of suggestions different from regular booking websites. Highly recommend :)
very easy to use website, extremely helpful and saved me money.
Really fast and effective way to find hotel bookings, and I managed to save compared to what I would’ve paid elsewhere
Great deals on hotels, saved me a lot of money will recommend to friends
Amazing idea. You can buy your hotel online as normal - or - you can make an offer! I got loads of money off my weeks holiday, that's the spending money sorted. Fun and easy. Lots of choice too.
Recently booked a hotel via Hoo, a platform I hadn't previously come across. I was surprised with the deal I was offered. The booking process was straightforward without any hitches. If you're on the fence because it's not one of the more widely known booking websites, I'd say give it a shot. I had a positive experience and would recommend it to others looking for good hotel deals.
Booked a hotel in London for myself and my wife, list price was the same as everywhere else but used their Make an Offer thing and got the room for £25 less. What's not to like?
complete scam. they show options, and regardless of the option you choose and pay more, yet you will get the cheap deal in hotels that stink, have bunk bed giving you all night squawking experience. Worst company with worst attitude
