I have always found the customer service and all technicians that vale and service my hot tub to be very polite, helpful, and explain anything you ask nothing is too much trouble.
I would recommend them to anyone

Such great service from start to finish, the staff on the phones was very helpful and informative. On install day the team delivered the hot tub and set it up in a slightly awkward location but done it with ease. The gentleman installing and setting it up was brilliant and friendly, he did a great job explaining and answering any questions I had. I have two people thinking of buying so will definitely recommend Just Hot Tubs.

Very good company to deal with, except for a (hopefully unusually) unresponsive accounts department. Good sales advice in the showroom, on site survey and excellent installation service. Always kept me informed about visit schedules and timings. Clear guidance on what was needed for the installation site. Definitely happy to recommend to others.

We researched buying a hot tub, long and hard. Our nearest outlet (long established business) played the 'hard sell' game and it wasnt until I dug a little deeper, discovered substantial extra add-on charges for delivery/fitting etc.
Then we discovered 'Just Hot Tubs' and spoke with Russ at the Reading outlet. He invited us to come and have a look and promised there would be no hard sell tactics. Sure enough, Russ welcomed us with an in depth rundown on his stock and after answering a few questions, he gauged where we might want to focus on 3 or 4 that he thought would suit our requirements. We spent quite some time, discussing options and the pros and cons of 'this one v that one'.
There was absolutely no pressure from Russ - in fact he said we should take the information away - decide which might be most suitable and come back and have a 'wet test'. So we went back a few weeks later and had an onsite experience in the tub that we eventually plumped for.
Russ's advice about the running of the tub has been invaluable - from fitting (hard-wiring v plug'n'play) to what chemicals would be needed short/long term. How to care for the tub over the years and the service the company provide (Again, no obligation) . We had an on-site survey conducted in our garden at no extra charge. A 0% option was available to spread the cost, so we got ourselves a credit card each and paid off 'the deposit' to maximise rewards from the card company!
Russ & Millie kept us up to date on delivery times (Covid interrupted delivery at the port) and the installation process was on time and seamless. Scott, the installer was a fountain of knowledge on the controls and which direction we should fit the cover to best advantage. He too, gave valuable advice on care for the tub, best way to empty it and how and where to drain it and what to do with the emptied water
We've now had the tub for 4 months and despite the hike in energy cost :( Its been an absolute delight.
If you are interested in a hot tub, make "Just Hot Tubs" your first (and last) call.

Had the hot tub cleaned, checked and serviced by Scott. Fantastic job. Explained what he would do, asked questions on any issues (there were none) and then got to work with a smile (and in freezing weather). Nothing was too much trouble. Recommended.

Having used an Intex inflatable hot tub for almost 3.5 years with it up all year and with the novelty not wearing off, I decided to look into getting a solid hot tub. Whilst the inflatable was certainly relaxing and I enjoyed the 40 degree warmth, the temperature went down rapidly I was getting ridiculously high electric bills and realised it was time to check out the solid hot tub market. We looked at second hand ones but all needed some work and then went on eBay and found lots of new ones that looked nice. However we worried about how we would transport them and get it into our garden, which whilst a good size, hasn’t the easiest access.
My husband suggested we look at “Just Hot Tubs” which is based near Saltash and not far from us and so we pulled in one afternoon just to have a look. Jason Rowe the Store Manager immediately came out and discussed our requirements. We reviewed the multiple hot tubs available and decided we really liked one that would suit our needs. We were shown all the features and decided to go away and have a think about what to do. There was no pressure from Jason which was lovely and I had his contact details to make contact if we decided to purchase one.
We decided we would and arranged to go back to complete the purchase. 0% finance is offered for some of the purchase and so there are some really good options if want to spread the cost. We then had contact with a woman called Millie to arrange a survey to check it would fit in the garden and a date was arranged for it to be installed. On the arranged day, two men arrived at the time stated and manoeuvred it into the garden into position. They then connected it to the electric supply and filled it for us. We were left a spa water care kit and all of the instructions. The next day I couldn’t wait to get home from work to use it and it was amazing. So much quieter than the inflatable hot tub and keeps it’s temperature so well so have had 2 hours or so easily sitting in here every day since installed! When I get out, my daughter and her boyfriend got in and still very warm! The jets and coloured lights are so relaxing and floating drinks tray is cool.
It was so reassuring to know that it would be installed by the company rather than try and do it yourself and worry it won’t fit through the route into the garden. The quality of the tub is excellent and can see the difference to the cheaper tubs I found on eBay and viewed elsewhere.
I can’t recommend the service from Just Hot Tubs enough so if you are wanting to purchase a hot tub with the peace of mind that the after service is there both after the initial purchase and once installed then I wouldn’t think twice of popping in to the Just Hot Tubs show room near Saltash to speak to Jason. There is a no pressure to buy feeling or the hard sell to get the most expensive hot tub and it was absolutely about what was right for the size of garden, family size, lifestyle and what you want from a hot tub.

Love our hot tub. Not got a bad word to say about 'Just Hot Tubs' from ordering and delivery to present day. A few teething issues but service department always very plesant, knowledgeable and helpful. A long wait on parts from China but these were fitted as soon as they arrived.
Would definitely recommend 👌

Friendly sales team in the office. Millie has been very responsive and helpful to all queries that I have had.
Charlie and the installation team were excellent and were keen to please. They all took time with the handover which was extremely useful as it’s our first ever hot tub

We’d been researching hot tubs from various suppliers, but didn’t feel totally confident. That all changed when we started dealing with Just Hot Tubs.

When I first rang on Black Friday, I was hoping but not really expecting to have a tub installed by Xmas, but they pulled out all the stops and made that happen. Nathan was able to answer my questions about which model to go for.

Millie was so enthusiastic and great at keeping me informed of what was happening; I never needed to chase. I really like the fact that JHT send a surveyor out before delivery - such a sensible idea.

The installation team were also very friendly, everything happened exactly as promised. How often does that happen in life?

All in all buying a hot tub from Just Hot Tubs was a really positive experience all round. They are the best!
