Marcus was here at our property in Basingstoke today and did a tremendous job. Extremely professional and thorough and took us through the controls and protocols again, so we know how to use the tub and get the most out of it! A+!!!!!

Good service on the hot tub
Good service on the hot tub. Looks brand new and sparkling. A good three hour service in which everything was cleaned and checked. Shame it wasn’t clear that the hot tub would be drained and re-filled as part of the service, I only did that 5 days ago!

First Annual Service
Appointment was arranged on a Thursday and was booked for the following Monday. The office staff were pleasant to deal with and no pushy sales behaviour. Scott arrived on time for my appointment. Really pleasant and polite and service carried out to a high standard, and the tub was left fully cleaned, filled and commissioned. Great service all round and would definitely recommend Just Hot Tubs

Great company with great customer services
Everyone of this company has been incredibly helpful and efficient.
If there was a problem, an appointment would immediately be arranged and staff would come on site to help out. Everything has been perfect and we are very grateful.
