Shoes were perfect
Shoes were perfect, got lots of compliments! Literally the most comfortable heels I have ever worn, barely knew I was in heels all day! Have another pair I bought for a wedding and I’m actually looking forward to wearing them! 10/10 will be coming back when I next need some heels.

Lovely sandles
I had to return my sandles due to a fault with a buckle on one of them. It was easy to return them it was also no problem for them to be replaced

I did not receive the shoes I ordered…
I did not receive the shoes I ordered as there were none left in my size. However the customer service was excellent, I received an email letting me know the situation and was told I would get a refund, which I did a couple of days later. So although I was disappointed not to get my order, I was very happy with the service and will not hesitate to order again.

New Shoes
I saw that Justin Reess had a stand at the Bath & West Show, The quality is far better than local shoe shops. They did not have the second pair in my size but could order for home delivery. Ordered Saturday and arrived Wednesday the next week. The staff were very helpful and friendly and not pushy at all. I will be repeat purchasing.
