Insurance Renewal - 15%+ lower than last year.
Contacted JKI for my renewal and mentioned lower quotes received from other insurers. Not only did JKI better the competitions quotes but got a few extras too. First class service yet again in my fourth year with them. Happy bunny! My agent couldn’t have been more helpful.

Good service finding right plan
I've been with JK insurance(as a broker) for over 10 years. I have always found the Team helpful especially when getting and underwriter that will accept the van being stored in 2 addresses.

Poor system, great staff.
They kept issuing notice of cancellation due to their system not recognising ncb over 9 years. When you have 20, it automatically assume 2 policies of 9+years, spent a couple of hours on the phone to them but now sorted. Staff are lovely.

Taking payment so far in advance for renewed insurance stopped me making my decision based on other company quotes. The first person I spoke to was unhelpful, the second lady, the day after was very helpful and friendly.

-spoke to customer services, they promised it would be returned that day
