annoying

The entire service experience was unacceptable, both with the technician and your customer service team.

Unprofessional Service: The installation itself was defective (not secured) and the technician demanded an unjustified extra payment (140 AED) while providing expired official documents.

Customer Service Failure: It is impossible to reach or communicate with your customer service. We are constantly ignored, redirected between agents, and bombarded with automatic messages, making it feel as if you are intentionally avoiding providing a clear response.

Superficial and rushed cleaning

I’ve used JustLife home cleaning services in Dubai over the last 3 years, and changed cleaners multiple times (every time hoping to get someone that would do the job properly), the result is always the same: superficial, rushed, and careless cleaning, way too far from professional standard.

Floors are often barely touched with a dirty, greasy mop, leaving them sticky, toilets are rarely scrubbed properly, leaving visible stains and residue. Surfaces, doors, and metal fixtures are often left with smudges and streaks, and it even seems sometimes the same cloth is used for different surfaces, from the shower glass to the kitchen counter.

Most cleaners seem to be in a rush to leave early, often finishing before the booked time. There is no attention to detail, no visible quality control, and certainly no sign of proper training or supervision.

I pay for cleaning, not for teaching someone how to clean properly, not to check on them everytime, and certainly not to re-clean after them.

What’s even more frustrating is that all these cleaners have good ratings in the app, which means most customers either don’t check the results or simply don’t care if their home is actually clean. This gives a completely false impression of quality.

I booked a pest control service with…

I booked a pest control service with Just Life, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. When the technician came to my house, he didn’t spray anything he just applied a bit of gel and left. He told me to call within 14 days for a follow-up.
When I called on the 13th day, the customer service team asked me to call after 14 days. Later, when I called again, I was told that my booking was valid for 3 months and I could schedule a follow-up anytime. However, when I called after a month, another agent told me that my follow-up was no longer valid and I’d have to pay for a new service!
I’ve called several times, been kept on hold for long periods, and spoken to multiple agents none of whom were helpful. Despite paying a good amount for the service, the cockroach problem has doubled

Unreliable Services

I booked a cleaning service with Justlife for 10 AM, and planned my whole morning around it — only to have it cancelled at the last minute.

This is the second time this has happened, and it’s really disappointing. I expected more reliability from a professional service. Their app is not updated. If a particular time slot cannot be catered to, it should not show on the app to cancel last minute after the booking showed confirmed , also there are profiles of professionals who are not working in the company anymore, I would request Justlife Management to work towards providing more reliable services especially with regards to communication and last minute cancellations/rescheduling.

Communication must be improved and there is no way to reach them at ease.

Very late and awful communication

I have used Justlife before and had no issues.
However I have tried to use them this morning and found there lack of promptness, response, accessibility to speak to someone, there response on live chat to be absolutely dreadful.

Having told them I was cancelling their service over the phone and via the live chat they still turned up 30 mins later … 1 hour and 15 mins late from when the booking was made.

I have asked three times for someone to call me from their head office and no response an hour later.

It even took them 3 weeks to reply to this message. Says it all.

The nightmare company

The nightmare company
I've never seen anything like this.
When the cleaning lady started vacuuming the balcony, she put my shoes on without asking!
Shoes are personal!
You could get sores on your feet! It's a nightmare.
Now I'll have to throw my shoes in the trash. These shoes cost 251 aed .
When I called to company they just said “ I understand for your experience but we cannot do refund” They don’t even said sorry , they think this is normal when someone is wearing your shoes! Plus cleaning was done really bad , stains on the floor , dust on the table . They don’t want to do refund and compensate that their staff just damaged my shoes… Extremely unprofessional.
This is completely unacceptable. Disappointed, will never order cleaning with you .

Really disappointed with JustLife’s…

Really disappointed with JustLife’s management. I booked a cleaner for Sunday, it was cancelled. They rescheduled for Wednesday, and again cancelled today saying the reason is the Al Twar 4 region. This is now the third time this has happened to me. On top of that, the cleaners they send in Ajman always show up looking tired and unmotivated. Very unprofessional and unreliable service.

I have been using Justlife services for quite some time, The cleaning staff is untrained and need supervision, they have a good app easy to book, however accounts keep charging from my credit card for services not provided I called their office and it was difficult to resolve my issues. They only offered me a small token amount to stop complaining.

Horrible Firm

Never again will I book a service in their platform. They started off great but have lost the plot. Zero customer service to manage issues...leaving you arguing with useless AI chat box and email reply redirecting you back to the same poor AI chat box.

I paid for 2hrs thorough cleaning only to have the cleaners gloss over some parts of the apartment in 1hr and leave. I already paid for 2hrs and there's several sections yet uncleaned. Zero effort to address my complain and it's the last time I'll give them a chance because this is not my first complain either and their customer service has become non-existent.

Theft at Home – Case Closed Without Resolution

I have been a regular customer of JustLife Dubai for over a year, using their cleaning, dry cleaning, and handyman services. Unfortunately, in August 2025, I experienced a theft in my home committed by a cleaner hired through their platform.

What has been most disappointing is not only the incident itself, but the way the company has handled it. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, the case was closed without any effort to investigate further, offer assistance, or propose a resolution. When a serious issue such as theft occurs, customers should be able to rely on a company to take responsibility and support them.

As a result of this lack of accountability, I have reported the matter to the Dubai Police. Needless to say, I will never use JustLife again, and I am sharing this review so that other customers are aware of the risks involved and the absence of follow-up support if something goes wrong.

Terrible company and terrible customer service. They don't show up for appointments (or they do show up and do a bad job), and then keep charging your card repeatedly! I got triple-charged for a service where the technician never even showed up. And i paid with apple pay so they dont even have my card details. Insane!!!
