I absolutely love my purchase (shoes) they are even better than I expected and didn't take long to receive them

I ordered a shirt from them of course it took awhile for me to getting it. The shirt wasn't like the picture of course was wanting to send it back and get a refund went round and round with them they finally quit repling to my email so I gave up and ate the loss.

What an amazing company! I ordered a skull spinner for my daughters birthday which by the way was delivered ON her bday!!! She is so happy with it. The customer service is awesome and I will totally order from them again! I highly recommend them!!!

This company is a bunch of bull I get random tracking notifications saying it's on the way then go check it and it shows me where it's right back where it started at.. I asked for a refund several times and asked them to cancel the order.. they ignore my request and do not send my refund back.. they just say the same preprogrammed email every time .. I live in sc.. the order says Jamica Ny .. mail only takes a few days standard .. and ups is even faster .. but I placed my order may 27th and it's now June 16th and still no order or refund after being promised it will be here last week... all I want is my refund

The first case I received was not the right one. I message the company and they were very responsive. A new case was sent to me and it’s perfect. I get so many compliments on it. It’s a must have.

I recently received a pair of skull sneakers and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and design of these shoes.

Easy ordering and they did advise it could be 20 working days but item arrived in 20 days so quicker than expected. Customer service was very quick to reply but not very informative so I wasn't expecting the item to be honest and thought I would have to claim through PayPal but it then arrived the next day so I should have been more trusting. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I am little disappointed in the colour as online it appeared to be more purple, which is the colour I wanted, but it's far more pink. It still looks nice though, just not the colour I thought, and it seems decent quality. All in all its a nice looking bag. I would order from this company again.

Just love skulls I ordered shoes 3 weeks ago and yet nothing , tracking label created , they said a week ago I would receive in a few days and nothing yet . They have no number to talk to someone , I see mixed reviews , however I have not received what I payed for and wonder why . I can order on most all websites and within a few days product is in my hand . I am very unhappy at this moment ...

After going back and forth I finally received my order. I ordered a pair of skull shoes and skull sandals. They are in deed make of poor material but I did get something it’s better than nothing. But I won’t be ordering again. They have asked me to take my one star down. I will

I contacted the company to see if my order had been shipped. It’s been about 4 weeks since the order had been placed. I requested information later in the afternoon, not expecting to hear anything from the company.

I didn’t have my confirmation number and couldn’t find the original email.

I received a few emails from the company that day within the hour, asking targeted questions.

They confirmed my order had been shipped and I should receive it soon.

My experience with this companies customer service was very good.

From their quick response and professionalism, I will continue to purchase products from them.

Product was exactly as pictured, fit was perfect, delivery was prompt and on time even with supply chain issues. Emails update progress of the order with each change. Just love the outfit and the folks
