I ordered a backboard for my TV, and although it unfortunately arrived damaged, the service I received afterwards was exceptional. I spoke to Kohan, who is an absolute credit to the company. I understand things can go wrong from time to time, and Kohan handled the situation perfectly.

He was incredibly understanding, put my mind at ease, and immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out the following week. He even organised for it to be delivered by their own internal driver instead of a courier, which really reassured me. On the day of delivery, Kohan personally called to give me a heads-up that it was on its way.

The new backboard arrived in perfect condition, and it’s now up on my wall looking fantastic. I absolutely love it. Excellent product, excellent service.

Order cut to size exactly and very well edged. It will shortly be used as an end piece for an overbed cupboard unit that is two long to be used after a move but is too good to be dumped. One star lost due to cost of delivery that was almost as much as the item, although in all fairness the company did apologise in advance!

I was really happy to find Justmdf and even more happy when I discovered by pure chance, they were local to me.
I needed MDF cut to very precise sizes for a home wall panelling project. The website was easy to use and the results were excellent. On picking up the MDF, the team were really decent people and very friendly and this made the process all the more reassuring because I do often worry about buying online.
