Placed an order 3 days ago for £105. Got a receipt for the purchase but no delivery information. No reply to my email so called and spoke to a team member. The person who deals with it is not in so have to wait until Tuesday(3 more days) before getting an update. That will be a week before any delivery arrangements have even begun. Terrible service, will not be using them ever again.
I absolutely can not and will not complain about their meat - it is excellent. The communication is, however, non-existent. They do not reply to messages of any kind; they supply no information about when to expect delivery (even a rough time from - tomorrow? Next week? Next year...?); even the "comments on your order" section on the ordering page are clearly completely ignored. Clearly there is something wrong when even the blog section of their website has been updated twice in 3 years. Please, please get better since I really do like your meat.
