promoting and allowing…

Why are you promoting and allowing payment for a car park that has gates bolted shut, unable to access? And then not answering your urgent response telephone number. Very unsatisfactory,

Poor Service from Just Park

Since I booked, paid and used the service I have been sent a £100 fine for not paying to use a car park in Edmonton, London.
I am currently appealing this fine but I think your service is poor if customers are getting fines when already paid.

It was easy to make a reservation…

It was easy to make a reservation internationally, and when we arrived the staff were very friendly both entering and exiting.

This is a fantastic concept.
Our parking ‘drive’ was exceptional.
The owner of the parking space was extremely helpful too.
Distance to stadium of light was a little further than anticipated but not so far that it was unmanageable.

Absolutely awful experience at Q-Park…

Absolutely awful experience at Q-Park Leicester Square.
The car park itself smells strongly of urine, making it an unpleasant place to park. The spaces and driving lanes are incredibly tight, making manoeuvring stressful and difficult.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Due to a barrier malfunction when exiting, I was delayed by around four minutes through no fault of my own. Despite this, I was charged for a full additional hour, meaning I ended up paying for two hours instead of one.
I contacted customer service hoping for some common sense and understanding, but Ana was completely unwilling to listen to the circumstances. She repeatedly insisted that because I had exceeded the one-hour period, I had to pay for two hours, regardless of the barrier issue that caused the delay. No grace period was considered and no attempt was made to resolve the situation fairly.
Poor facilities, unreasonable charging practices, and appalling customer service. I will not be using this car park again and would not recommend it to others.

A great way to park in town

Takes all the jeopardy of trying to find somewhere to park in town. Been twice in 3 days drove in parked up and then left no hassle either time. No searching ages for a space. Would not hesitate to use again.

Bird poo & delay

There was bird poo on the bonnet, and I have no idea how that got that. The early morning bus was also too slow if you just missed one. Its almost another 30-35mins to get to T5.

Happy with JustPark

I am happy with JustPark system and the way I could use their website for bookings, amendments, payments. The car park where I booked was "Parking on Holborn Hill, B7" for Aston Villa vs Liverpool match day. But the place just used every inch for cars. People try to figure out how to park in and arguing with each other because the staff member said park there but obviously if you park there, no way out at the end of the parking session. It was all about money, sadly. I would have probably a different experience on a different day.

Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle

I drive a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle, the entrance into the Car park was extremely narrow and difficult to navigate. When we did managed to enter the Car park the disabled parking space was on the 4th floor (Top of the Car park), yes there is a lift but the person in the Wheelchair (who is unable to get out of the Wheelchair without assistance) is an adult so we had problems getting inside the lift to reach the ground floor. Then we had problems getting out of the Car park, as the way In is also the way Out and other users where blocking our way because they were trying to get in.
