At one point, I couldn't log in to my account on the site. I requested a lost password procedure, but the confirmation letter did not come to my mailbox. The support service didn't help at all, they don't answer. Thus, all my purchases on this site have lost their warranty, as I cannot log in to my account. Be careful
Have ordered a bunch from just pedal. Always seamless experience. Last Thursday, I ordered some velo orange fenders as well as some straps, and it arrived to pick up in Copenhagen 3 days after. A bit more expensive than the discount dealers, but overall, great service. And they have stuff you don’t find elsewhere if not in the states. I can definitely recommend! 👍👍

I ordered a handlebar and grips from JustPedal to Switzerland and they arrived pretty quickly (well within stated arrival time).
Upon the arrival of the package I noticed that the grips were the wrong size. I messaged the shop and received a response within minutes, telling me that they will ship the correct grips ASAP (without any extra cost). They just arrived and work very nice on my bike.
Mistakes happen, but it says a lot about companies how they handle these situations, and JustPedal is awesome.

I read the feature on bikepacking.com and after Voile straps and refill Dynaplugs are pretty rare in Germany nowadays, I wanted to give it a try and placed an order. Unfortunately my order is pending since nearly a week despite they’ve mailed me to tell me that they’re gonna ship the order at the beginning of the week. This could happen but they also didn’t answer my mails yet. Thus I can’t recommend this shop for buying online; locally it is maybe a good one!
The online shop is very expensive. Many of the items can be found in other online shops at half price.
