Seda listed both of my properties and managed to lease both within couple of weeks as promised.
She has been great - great communication and went beyond her duties dealing with my builder to sort out few minor issues.

Have had my rental with Seda since they first opened and she is truly a professional and easy going and makes the whole processes of renting out your property easy, responds to queries both from myself and the tenants and follows up on issues without delay. Wouldn’t own a investment property if i didnt have Seda managing it.
