My order was dispatched very quickly and communication was first class. The sculpture was well packaged, and now has pride of place in our lounge. Very impressed, will definitely buy again.

Item is clearly a copy and arrived broken (missing a leg!) Awful customer service, they refused to exchange or refund. Definitely a con.
Ordered item on 21st December as stated on website would still arrive by Christmas day, bow 3rd January and no item or response to multiple emails and a recent voicemail.
Don't order from this company.

Had no contact about delivery.
Have emailed twice and rang once. No response to the email and the caller would not help and extremely rude.
Poor poor service do not buy from them.

Just had my Octopus sculpture and customer service is brilliant. I've seen some bad reviews on here but my experience has been very different, it's arrived in time, perfectly packed, tracked the whole way and immaculate. I will definitely be buying again from Just Scultpure

If I could give zero stars I would disgrace of a company. Went to pick up a display item only to be messaged 5 minutes before that he is going to put the price up. Avoid at all costs.
I've kept tabs on this company for 2 or 3 years now. I finally put an order in, literally in the 2nd week of December for a large horse sculpture for my mum as a Xmas gift. At £420 it's a substantial investment and quite short notice prior to Xmas. It arrived on the 22nd December in good time on the day they stated at purchase. Quality is phenomenal, packaging was phenomenal if not over the top, a box within a box containing a very well wrapped Styrofoam box too. Super super impressed and highly recommend. Will be using again (I want the spartan head for myself!)
2.8.22 update
I was flying with 60cm tall galileo thermometer in my lagged I send 100s parcelled never anything arrived broken. the packaging is not damaged there is just tiny cris and saying its a transit the dragon I think it is insufficient packaging. This should be sent in foam not Styrofoam and 2 tiny 3x3x6 foam which do nothing.
Statement we cannot replace the item before you send broken piece is wow like i want damage good i paid for this by the way??!. The phone number on Web is for shop women didn't wanna talk to me. Email only.

I Purchase Red dragon for my friend 60th bday.
The dragon arrive fast but was damage, broken wing, I call on 0141 737 4258 but been told to contact them through email as this is a shop.
The dragon weight is not even 1.5kg it's far less than around 3kg!
With Lack of customer service and quality this is one time shopping

I bought the baby gorilla 🦍 and orangutang 🦧 sculptures last year been sat in my window sill since. Absolutely love them a great little piece of art
Placed an order on 11/09/2020 for an edge sculpture,with an estimated delivery date “November”.
The cost was £220.00 which they took from my credit card immediately.
My wife telephoned on 19/11/2020,to see where the order was,and was told they were expecting delivery whithin 7-10 days and they would then dispatch.
My wife said this would take it into December,we were promised November delivery and told the person (Jenny) on the phone she was not happy with this.
That evening at work I sent an email saying I was not happy with this and also the manner of (Jenny) the way she talks to customers.
I received a reply saying if I was not happy,they would cancel my order and refund my money,I said why would I want to cancel after waiting over 2MONTHS for my order.
Next day after getting up from night shift I checked my emails to find,they had escalated my case to director level and cancelled my order and refunded my £220.00,no extra for the time they had my money.
I tried numerous times to get through on the phone,only to go to answer machine,so I withheld my number and low and behold I got through.
I obviously spoke to Jenny who has a right attitude and bad customer service,I asked to speak to John Thomas ( director)to be told he is not in.
I told her it was illegal what they had done and I would be taking this matter further and she SNAPPED “this matter is now closed” and slammed the phone down.

I have successfully re ordered from another company and will be receiving my order next week.
Once again don’t deal with these,they keep your money for 2 months and soon as you complain cancel and refund.
