I love this website so much and the company. The best cheap make-up and the deliveries are super fast, every time I have ordered I receive it the next day! I don't even go to makeup stores anymore!

I can say with confident that the products at Justshe Cosmetics are astonishing and awe-inspiring in quality with spectacular customer service which gives me great joy. I've tried many companies to order goods and nearly all of them were unsuccessful and you may be wondering how well let me tell you.....

Nearly of them sent a email and a letter through the post saying 'sorry for the delay but please wait and we will get your goods to you' well honestly speaking I did not like their stupid apology email or the letter. You may be thinking...... yes obviously I got my money back because the products were not exactly what I wanted plus the products were damaged :(

Then I came across this company Justshe.co.uk and I thought I'll try it. And guess what....? I'm in love with the products with company sells for us. I had about 8 successful deliveries from this company! I am glad :) (Money worth spending)

I will make this company my own personal favourite and buy from them because their service leaves a customer like me happy and satisfied with good quality and good money products! :)

I read with reserved judgement the negative reviews left for this company until now. I placed an order which was just under £32.00 and although I received a confirmation email from Worldpay for the payment, it didn't confirm the order. I didn't get an email from Justshe and felt they really should have sent an email to confirm my order. A few days later, I received another email from Worldpay advising me a small refund of £3.98 had been made to my credit card. So I waited to see if my order would arrive less the 2 items that Justshe could not send. YES, the rest of my order was delivered signed for by myHermes within the timescale. Credit where credit is due, I've bought from Justshe a few times before through Groupon deals without any problem and that's why I had no hesitation placing an order from an email they sent me. Well done, Justshe you carry on bringing good deals to the less sceptical public and long may it continue ... 13 OPI nail polishes (normal retail price of £11.50 each) for £27.88 including delivery ... sceptics' loss, my gain! Will I shop with them again? Most definitely when there's a bargain to be had.

Ordered goods in May! After numerous attempts to contact this AWFUL "company", I am still without my order 4 months later!!
No sign of goods...
No sign of a refund...

Maybe i am the lucky one but i loved dealing with this company.. Amazing products, amazing service and amazing prices.. Love everything about this after having around 6 successful deliveries and all the products were up to mark..

Item never arrived. Contacted them via email - no reply. Telephone number on the site is fake so can't call them! Ridiculous will never buy from them again!

Do not purchase anything from this company, they are untrustworthy and unreliable.

Months with no reply and no orders sent out. Scam website!
