Looking more hopeful
As an update to my previous negative review, I received a nice email from them with an apology and 500 of my points redeemed for a voucher. They assure me that they will be changing their redemption process soon so that members can redeem their points in a more timely manner. I have to say this is a positive development and I hope they are able to stay true to their word.

do not bother filling out the surveys if u expect to be given an amazon voucher because you will not get it.. absolute scam and I bet they dont give to charity either!!
