Just Tyres - Amersham Reviews 

It was a wet bank holiday Monday, more to the point it was 13:05 on a wet bank holiday and Just Tyres close at 2. It was a long shot but I asked if I could bring my car “no problem” said Lee, the manager, who was waiting when I drove in 10 minutes later.
He took the wheel off, thoroughly inspected and tested it and showed me that it was actually the valve and not the tyre. I was expecting to pay £135 for a new tyre and less honest people would, I’m sure, have put one on. As it is, a valve is a lot cheaper and I left a very happy customer.
I would thoroughly recommend both the branch and the manager, Lee. Thanks again.

Helpful Branch Manager, Lee, nothing was too much trouble and found exact tyres I was looking for.

Pre booked was told it would be an hour, which was fine. Ended up being 2 hours which was not fine. Lack of communication throughout.

Great service at High Wycombe location as always . Definitely going there again. Super staff customer service deserved 10 start rating.

Great, efficient service. Even though the staff were busy they were very attentive and professional!

Competitively priced tyres, but the Amersham site has completely insufficient parking, which meant ridiculous and potentially dangerous manoeuvring of vehicles. I had to reverse out into a main road to allow a previous customer to exit, then I was blocked in when it was time for me to leave. The guy who fitted my tyres was polite and did a good job, but he was on his own, so he had to stop multiple times to answer the phone, then deal with customers who walked in to the workshop to make enquiries etc. I was there for 90 minutes in the end, which was much longer than I was expecting. No reflection on the guy who was there and did his best, but this just isn't a professional set up. Doubtful I'll use them again.

Appalling. And they will lie to you. Do not use.
Did my alignment and my traction light came on. First guy flatly denied it was anything to do with him. His boss came and said the alignment had not been done properly. He redid it. But my traction light was still on. He told me to drive around for a bit and it will go off - but it has not. He was very put out that I had complained - but it was them who wasted my time.

Got to my booking only to be told the vehicle would not be ready till 1400hr was 4 hrs later no good to me won’t use them again

Great service from a very busy tyre fitting garage.

Least favourite visit I have had, usually they are polite and very helpful, this visit there was no record of my appointment, although I had the confirmation email, they were a bit put out even though they there was only one other chap there with a problem tyre. I was made to feel quite uncomfortable to be honest. Not the most glamorous job I know, but incredibly important all the same. Bit more customer service training needed for these two chaps.

Just brilliant- competitive prices and really competent guys who know their stuff! I had mistakenly ordered an unwanted tyre online— don’t know how- but that was no problem, between the Amersham manager and his head office my money was refunded in full that same day. Highly recommend Just Tyres!!

Booked an appointment for 8.30am. No-one arrived until 8.50am; the young lad was apologetic and said he had bus troubles but it wasn't ideal so I can't give 5 stars. He was efficient though in changing the tyres and the booking process was easy and the online chat also efficient.

Great tyre prices and the fitting guys were excellent.

Niall gave me great advice on choosing the right tyres for our XC90. As I'd dropped in, they happened to be booked up. But he helped me place an order online and found me a slot for the next day. Job was do in e perfectly too! Superb service and highly recommend them.

Despite having been let down by the non-appearance of his manager, the only technician on the premises did an admirable job juggling a number of balls. For this I commend him and forgive the very long time it took to fit my tyres.

Great service, went to a lot of trouble to sort out a problem with a wheel.
